Project Synopsis Format for 5th Semester BBA Students


Synopsis, preferably, should be of about 10-12 pages. The content should be as brief as is sufficient enough to explain the objective and implementation of the project that the candidate is going to take up. The write up must adhere to the guidelines and should include the following (not necessarily in order as given below).

1. Team Member(s) Details: Candidate Name and Enrollment Number 2. Name / Title of the Project 3. Problem Statement 4. Why is the particular topic chosen? 5. Objective and scope of the project
6. Identification and detailed description of modules

7. Methodology for analysis and design


Interviews/questionnaire (for analyzing user requirements). DFDs & USE CASES, USE CASE DIAGRAM & TEMPLATES (for designing)

8. Recommended Hardware & Software for the development


10 Testing Technologies used 11. What contribution would the project make?

12. Guide's Resume and his / her willingness to guide.

TYPING AND BINDING INSTRUCTIONS


PAGE DIMENSION AND BINDING SPECIFICATIONS: The dimension of the project report should be in A4 size. The project report should be given with spiral binding. The cover should be printed in black letters and the text for printing should be identical.

TYPING INSTRUCTIONS: The impression on the typed copies should be black in color. One and a half spacing should be used for typing the general text. The general text shall be typed in the Font style Times New Roman and Font size 14.
