In general TAM should 3. PeopleSoft ELM (LMS) would help in planning and organizing the courses to suitable employees abd maintaining learning objectives but would not help in creating the courses. LCMS would be required to create Courses specific to health care industry. Since PeopleSoft does not provide any product for LCMS hence working on LMS at least for cycle 1 will not help us much, as most of the vanilla business process of LMS will be suitable. So to effectively use ELM , either LCMS also needs to be acquired or ready made courses needs to purchased from market. It is the LCMS which is most useful for health care industry. Also as Robert pointed out, a separate instance would be required for PeopleSoft ELM. The integration between PeopleSoft HR & ELM is almost seamless.

7. PeopleSoft has started delivering the PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) with PeopleTools 8.51, which
