AQUATICS
Water Safety Instructor
This course provides participants with the basic knowledge and skills to teach Red Cross swim lessons to parent/child pairs, preschoolers, youth, and adults. It includes both land and pool sessions on lesson planning, teaching methodology, class organization, class components, and skills for the Red Cross progressive program. The course also covers expectations for instructors and outlines their responsibilities for teaching aquatic classes that are student centered, values oriented, and safe and effective in teaching aquatic skills.

Cost: $200.00 for Members $225.00 for Non-Members $185.00 for Employees
