Go to WE02 give the IDOC no and execute

Click on workflow

Click on the workflow below and click Workflow overview EDI-PSC

Then select the workflow which is showing as In Process and then click on Display

Then click on List with technical details

Then you will get below screen and click on the tree view and select chronological view

You will be able to see the workitem ID

Then go to SWI1 and execute

Then go to display

Then you will get the below screen and go to list with technical details

Then you go to tree view and select chronological view

You will get the below screen and need to click on the workitem ID No

Then you will come to below screen and click on Technical workitem display

Then go to Edit tab and click on change

Then we need to logically delete tab and delete the workitem
