Add the road & river layer

Set the legend value according to STI sugestion

Do the same steps for Mobile Receive Power, Mobile Transmit Power & Forward FER

For Event data (Handoff_OK, Outgoingcall_OK, CallDrop), the data need to be combined. To combine the result, drag the icon to Handoff_OK Map window.
