1) This is a pre-registration form for the 1st International Conference on Mechanical Engineering & Renewable Energy to be held from December 22-24, 2011 at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology in Chittagong, Bangladesh. 2) The form requests information such as name, affiliation, address, contact details, intention to attend and/or present a paper along with the title, and preferred method of payment for registration fees which are $250, $150, 3000 BDT or 1000 BDT. 3) Completed forms must be sent by mail, email or fax by October 30, 2011 to the conference secretariat.
