Exercise Calendar July2011

This exercise program for July 2011 consists of a walk/run of over 2 miles and other workouts Monday through Friday, with Saturday as a recovery day and optional workout. Additional workouts include 20 minutes of XTraining on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and some Saturdays, as well as 60 minutes of yoga on Thursdays.
