    INTRODUCTION TO MEASUREMENT OF BUILDING WORKS

    Before we estimate or calculate the cost of this small building, let us quickly see how it is build. The next few slides will show you the process of building this building

    It is hope that these slides will give you some idea of how a small building is build (if (if you have not already know or understand), understand), so that you may have some idea of how to measure and quantify the works. Please watch these slides carefully and take note of the PROCESS OF BUILDING this building from start to finish.

    1. FOR A START, YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE TREES AND THE HEDGE THAT ARE FOUND WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE SITE.

    2. THEN WE HAVE TO EXCAVATE ABOUT 150MM DEEP TO REMOVE THE TOP VEGETABLE SOIL

    3. THEN FOLLOWED BY THE EXCAVATION FOR THE COLUMN BASES 4. THEN EXCAVATE FOR THE GROUND BEAMS

    5. THEN BUILD THE CONCRETE COLUMN BASES (Kemudian bina asas konkrit) 6. FOLLOWED BY BUILDING THE COLUMN STUMPS (Diikuti oleh pembinaan tunggul tiang)
