(c) Briefly discuss advantages of group decision making. (d) Discuss the concept of classical conditioning. (e) What are individual and organisational stressors? (5x4=20)

    Q2. How are tasks & responsibilities different from each other? Give the importance of aligning the two by professional managers. (10)

    Q4.Define planning. Discuss the process of planning in detail. Q5.Describe the techniques of MBO. How does it make management more efficient?
