    Rajeev Institute of Distance Education (RIDE) was established in 2007 with the sole objective of offering professional courses through ODL Mode to meet the need of large number of aspiring students. RIDE has received Institutional Recognition from Distance Education Council (DEC), Govt. of India. RIDE has academic partnership with KSOU, Karnataka for MBA Distance Program RIDE is fully equipped with Learning Management Software (LMS). This gives round-the-clock online access to distance education courses. RIDE is offering PG as well as UG Programs through Online and Distance Mode.

Till the early 80s the department was termed as Personnel Management which later transformed to Human Resource Management, the name is suggestive of the fact that today employees are considered the most valued assets of an organization. Faced with the challenges of Quantitative Vs. Qualitative human resources, the process of managing calls for a specialized study and application of the same that has come in the wake of realization that the employees collectively or individually are the drivers to the achievement of business objectives.

    Potential Careers H.R. Managers are in great demand in today's world in all small and large-scale industry, government & semi-government, private & co-operative fields, etc. Also there are wide openings in Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services, BPOs, etc. This course will be very beneficial to students in enhancement of their HR skills as well as to their recruitment as HR managers.

    Exam Fee Per Attempt:


    Exam fees per subject per attempt Rs. 400 / US $ 30 has to be paid by D.D at the time of Examination. For Subsequent attempts the exam fees will be Rs. 400 per subject / US $ 30 Payable at the time of examination. Total Fees to be paid in full at the time of admission in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of RIDE, Pune" Payable at Pune.
    Duration: One Year. Validity of Registration: One year Six months. Eligibility: 10+2/ Diploma with min 3 years of experience.
