Special Elective: (i) If it is already approved course, supervisor should furnish the course code number and copy of the minutes of the board of studies. (ii) If it is a new course the supervisor should get the approval for the syllabus by Academic council before registering for the course through the concerned Board of Studies. 3. The Research scholars should obtain permission only for the course to be registered during that semester. 4. Copy of Syllabus of the Courses taken by the Scholar should be enclosed. 5. The forms incomplete in any aspect will not be processed further and no communication will be entertained such scholars.
