 Managing 4 Phase I trials to very tight deadlines (back to back) from reviewing the CRF
against the protocol and providing feedback.
 Ensured all tasks were performed according to the SOPs and GCP, Testing the database
screens by documenting all findings (screen layout mismatches against the CRF; spelling
errors; formatting issues; unexpected warning messages; cursor movement errors etc) on
a review log form.

 Reviewed Case Report Forms brought in-house for accuracy, consistency and
completeness in combination with reviewing data listings.
 working on 3 studies simultaneously (phase III).
 Cleaning the CRF data by issuing queries and updating the database on the basis of the
query reply towards database lock.
 Setting up the study, defining logical checks and the creation of a cleaning manual.
Ensuring all missing-house. Liaised with monitors, by resolving query issues, offering
advice, before the scheduled site monitoring visit.
