Outlook 2003 client setup

What is RPC over HTTP?

RPC over HTTP allows your email client to securely connect to and retrieve mail from our
hosted Exchange service without needing to establish a VPN.

The protocol encapsulates all RPC requests from your Outlook client into an SSL encrypted
stream to port 443 (SSL) on our servers.

What do I need?
You will need to be running Windows XP and Outlook 2003. If you have installed Service
Pack 2 (SP2) for XP, you're ready to go. If not, please visit the Microsoft website and
download SP2 (link opens in a new browser window).
