Computer Project

The company sells figurines and has four stores but is not very profitable due to inefficiencies like not accepting credit cards, slow membership processing, high staffing costs, and time spent counting inventory by hand and finding paper records. The objective is to create a stock inventory software system using barcodes to more efficiently monitor inventory, store customer and membership information digitally, and reduce costs. This is expected to increase profits by eliminating expenses like physical storage space and staff while allowing the acceptance of credit cards.
