TITLE OF THE PROJECT: - e-Training Portal

MODULE DESCRIPTION: -

Module Name: Reports and Feedback.


The module has three main tasks generation & viewing of reports, uploading of reports
and feedback form.

Through this module administrator can view various reports like trainee details,
reference details, progress of student & performance reports. Also at the end
administrator can upload performance report into trainee account.

Now at the trainee end, a trainee can see performance reports accordingly. For viewing
or downloading the report, the trainee must have to fill a feedback form, and then only
trainee can view or download the report.

Module Details

1. Generate & View Reports

The admin can generate & view assorted kind of reports. The View Report Module
contains the various types of reports, as given below:

1. Trainees report: -

 It shows total number of trainees with their names and DIT roll
no’s.

 Various basic details of the trainee like their phone numbers,


address etc.

 Shows the college details of the trainees.


2. Project report: -

 Total number of projects goes on in DIT with projects ID and


project names.

 Shows the total number of modules and module name with


module ID belonging to a particular project.

 Also it can show currently in which modules is allotted to


which trainee.
3. Reference Report:

 It will show how many trainee that are referred by some


senior official or by any other person and also name of
those trainee.

 It will show details of people who referred those trainees.

4. Progress report: - A progress report based on how the performance of a


trainee has changed with time.

2. Upload of Performance Report


In this module admin uploads the performance report of the trainees, so that they can see
their overall performance. As firstly admin generate the gross performance report of the
trainee at the end of the session and then will upload that report into trainee’s account

3. Performance Report & Feedback form

In this module, trainee can view & download performance report as this module will be
implemented at the trainee side. As trainee will try to view or download the performance
report, then a feedback form will displayed, after filling & submitting the form then only
trainee can view or download the report.
