organisation’s project managers and team members
undergo periodic training in how to execute successful
WORKSHOP projects, the opposite seems to be true for those in a
project oversight role; in their case the assumption
appears to be that they will have acquired the necessary
skills and capabilities as part of their “right of passage” to
senior line management.
Cognisant that time is one of the most precious resources
