Learning Session 2 May 19 2011
At the end of the Learning Session participants will be able to:
1. Assess gaps between the current state of care at your facility and the evidence- based practice goals 2. Interpret and continue recording of the key measures used to track improvements in care 3. Plan the work that has to be completed over the next 3 months, 6 months, 12 months – to include steps needed to: a) develop the multi-disciplinary team, b) create the culture for change, and, c) ensure that all providers have up-to-date knowledge and skills to support pumping.
