Function

This function takes in GPS time tags, indices for GPS time and a master time series. It returns two outputs: an index matching the GPS time to the corresponding time in the master time series, and the maximum difference between a time in the master time series and its corresponding GPS time. It works by finding the GPS time closest to each time in the master time series.
