Capability- HRD System Should help the organization to increase enabling capabilities. The Capabilities include- Development of Human Recourse in all Aspects, Organizational health, Improvements in Problem solving capabilities, diagnostic skill, capabilities to support all the other systems in the organization, etc. • Principles of potential maximization- HRD system should help individual to reorganize their potential and help them to contribute their best towards the various organizational roles they are expected to perform and excel in it.
