1. Please take note that the activities the students are undertaking
during the practicum in your plant/establishment is subject to your
instructional/management policies. Please feel free to give the proper
responsibilities and to decide when and how long they will be doing their
practicum in your food plant/establishment.
2. The students are instructed to have their field notebook with them
to record the daily activities undertaken after which the students will
request you to affix your signature every now and then.
