TOSHIBA TC74HCOSAP/AF TOSHIBA CMOS DIGITAL INTEGRATED CIRCUIT SILICON MONOLITHIC TC74HCO5AP, TC74HCO5AF HEX INVERTER (OPEN DRAIN) The TCT4HCO5A is a high speed CMOS INVERTER fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. Tt achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Pin configuration and funetion are the same as the ‘TC74HCO4A, but the TC74HCO5A has high performance MOS N-channel transistor (OPEN - DRAIN) outputs. This device can, therefore, with a suitable pull - up resistors, be used in wired- AND, LED drive and other applications. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage. FEATURE! « High Speec + Low Power Dissipation + High Noise Immunit Vuin = Van = 28% Ve (Min.)
