Sub: Internship/Project work for M. Tech Students.

I would like to introduce through this letter Mr. Naveen KM (Reg. No.100922020)
who is currently a student of I Year M.Tech (Computer Aided Mechanical Design &
Analysis-CAMDA) in our Institute. As a part of his M.Tech curriculum he has to
carry out a full time dissertation work during the III & IV Semester for a period of 1
year.

M.Tech in CAMDA is designed to impart necessary Design skills for engineers with
specific focus on Computer Aided Design & Analysis. The PG program in CAMDA
covers subjects such as Geometric modeling, Advanced Mechanical Vibration,
Industrial Tribology, Finite Element Analysis, Creativity for Robust Product Design,+
+ Fracture Mechanics, Solid Mechanics, Design for Manufacturing, Numerical
Analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics & Heat transfer, Composite Materials &
Mechanics.

The students are also trained in the usage of Finite Element Analysis software
ANSYS and Modeling softwares CATIA and Pro/Engineer.

He will be available on a full time basis for a period of one year from July, 2011 to
June 2012. It would be of immense help if you kindly permit him to carry out the
project in your esteemed organization.
