PROCESSES USED
In JCT,the manufacturing of clothes are done
through three sections-:
1. SPINNING SECTION
• Cotton Spinning
• Synthetic Spinning
• Spinning Autocoro
• Spinning maintenance
• Post Spinning
WEAVING SECTION
The main objectives of this section are:
•To prepare the sheet of warp yarns (warping) as

per the designs and the percentage of colors


threads used.
•To prepare the packages for weft yarn.

•To seize the yarn so that the thread can with

stand strains in the weaving process (sizing).


•Drawing in/Tying in.
PROCESSING SECTION
 In this stage, fabric from the weaving section
is obtained in the grey stage. Different
chemical treatments are given to the fabric
so as to improve its appearance and
properties. This section is divided in three
main units:
 Benninger Plant
 Cotton Processing
 Synthetic Processing
INVENTORY
They use less inventory because they
work on the batch process. They
need less inventory .In this the
products are produced in batches to
fulfill the demands of the customers.
FUTURE PERSPECTIVE
 The company should go directly to the end
user through exclusive showroom.
 They shuold adopt the newer technology.
CONCLUSION
JCT started its operations in 1946.In the
beginning they only provide the limited
variety of cotton but after some time they
introduced the synthetic fabric which made
JCT popular all over the world.
