Introduction

First of all let’s assume that you need to disappear right this minute. That being the
case I will give you the information that you need in order to do that. The best
place to hide is in a big city. The more people there are around you, the easier it is
to remain anonymous. Small town people ask a lot of questions about new people
in town. In big cities people don’t even want to talk to you.

The first thing to point out is that the main method outlined in this book to assume
a new identity instantly is to create a business for yourself and do everything under
the business name. The most fantastic thing about this is that it is very easy to do
and it doesn’t matter if your business succeeds or not. In fact your business may
never get any farther than creating a new name and a getting tax id number. How
do I know? I know because I’ve owned businesses that have failed and although
those businesses aren’t making any money I still have the bank accounts under the
business names, and I still use the business names to do everything a person can
do. I own several houses that are in the name of a business. I own a car that is
under the name of a business. In fact if the police ever get behind me and call my
tags in, all the information they find is that the car is registered to this company.
You see a business can rent or buy houses, cars, or any property that has a title. A
business can have utilities turned on. A business can have cellular service or phone
service. Again, a business can do anything a person can do except drive a car. As
you will soon find out, when a person starts a new business their personal

background is never checked by anyone, ever. In fact I was a fugitive from justice
and the US Marshals were looking for me for years. I eventually got caught but
that was because I hid so well for so long that I became careless and I told some
friends where I was. One of those friends told the US Marshals so they just came
and got me. Had I not told anyone where I was, they never would have caught me.
It’s all for the best though because now I’ve paid my debt to society and now I’m
free and I don’t have to constantly look over my shoulder anymore.

One very important thing about a business is that a business can get an Employer
Identification Number. An Employer Identification Number, also known as an
EIN, has the exact same number of digits as a Social Security Number has. You
don’t’ have to do anything to get an EIN number except have an address for your
business. The address could be your current home address, or the address of a
mailbox rental that you rented. Just any address where you can receive mail at will
do. You will also have to have a business name. That’s all you need to get an EIN.
They are free to get. On top of that a business would use that EIN just like a person
would use a Social Security Number, also known as a SSN. When a business calls
in to have their electricity turned on, the electric company doesn’t ask you for a
SSN, they ask you for the EIN of the business. A business can even get credit cards
and credit. To find out how to get credit under your business name just do a

Anyone can get an EIN easily in minutes by going to http://www.irs.gov/ It’s free
and you don’t have to enter into any offices anywhere. You can do it right online
or by phone. You can find their phone number on that website too. You will have
to provide your social security number in order to get an EIN but you are giving
the number to the IRS. The IRS are the only ones in the world that know that you
have this number and they will never tell anybody else in the world that you have
it. They don’t publish any kind of record of who the owner of a business is. No one
can find out that you now have this number. It is impossible, unless you tell
somebody. If you don’t want anybody to know then, don’t tell anybody. No record
of your personal self will ever be associated with this number unless you give the

information to someone that would associate your real self with it. There is
nowhere anyone can go to find out if a person has ever been assigned and EIN.
You can’t call the IRS and ask them if John Doe has ever been assigned an EIN
number. The IRS won’t share that information with anyone except maybe the FBI
or CIA etc. Nobody else would know that you have a business with an EIN. Plus
even you had warrants for your arrest; they don’t do any background checks when
you are applying for the number. They just verify that you are who you say you are
by asking you your mother’s maiden name etc., then they just give you your new
number. It only takes a few minutes. Again you can do it online or call them and
they will do it all over the phone. SIMPLE!

There are several types of businesses that people can start. One type is a sole
proprietorship. A sole proprietor is exactly what it sounds like. It’s one person
starting their own business by themselves. The business can have employees
though. A sole proprietor is only allowed to get one EIN. That person would use
the same EIN for every business they own. It wouldn’t matter if they owned one
business or a thousand businesses. All of those businesses would use the one EIN.
Corporations though, are required to have their own EIN. So if a person were to
own ten different corporations then that person would have ten different EIN’s, one
for each business. Same goes for Trusts and Partnerships. Trusts and Partnerships
get a different EIN for each entity. So you can see for yourself a person could start
a new corporation every year and each one would have to have it’s own EIN. So
there are four ways to get an EIN that you can use for establishing credit, opening
bank accounts, buying homes, renting homes, connecting utilities, buying cars etc.
Those four ways are 1. Start a sole proprietorship 2.Start a corporation 3. Start a
trust and 4. Start a partnership. All four of those will make you 100% anonymous!
The business owns the car you don’t. The business has electricity and phone at that
address you don’t. When buying the car, or house, and you tell them to put it in
your business name, they won’t even ask you what your name is. THEY DON”T
CARE! When turning on utilities and you tell them you are putting it in the name
of the business they will ask you for a contact name of a person they can contact
just in case they need to. Just make up any name. They won’t ask for a SSN or
anything else. Write the name down though and remember it for later. Again,
SIMPLE!

Another very important thing about an EIN is that this is the number that your
business will use to earn money. You are in fact your business so you are the one
earning the money; it’s just that the money is going into your business name
instead of your name. So when you get paid, ask people to make the check out to
your business name instead of your name. That’s what businesses do. Indeed you

are in fact actually starting a business. You would also pay taxes under that same
business name, if you made enough money to pay taxes that is. You may not
actually make enough money to pay taxes check the tax table. You would still
receive all the benefits of using a business identity, no matter how much money
you made. In fact a business can actually lose money and still be a legal living
business for eternity. Even if the business loses money every single year, it’s still a
business and can stay in existence forever.

There are very few things a business has to do to get started and be legal, and they
are all inexpensive. One thing a business will need to do is file a Fictitious Name
Statement, it may not be called a Fictitious Name Statement in your county, but it
will have a similar name. Just call the local county courthouse and ask them what
you need to do in order to start a new business. To file a Fictitious name statement
there will be a small fee to pay. It may cost around ten dollars or so. So the first
thing to do, and really the only thing that ever has to be done to start a business is
to come up with a business name and file the Fictitious Name Statement. You can
use any name you want as long as it’s not the exact same name as a business that
already exists. For example, you can’t call your business Coca Cola, because that
name is already being used. A business can have the same name as a person
though. I could name my business John Doe, if I wanted to. In order to file a
Fictitious Name Statement just call the courthouse in the county where you want to
start your business and ask them where to do this at. You may be able to do it
online. In Missouri you would do this with the secretary of state’s office. You can
look at their website and get an idea of what to look for in your state.

out a short form that asks what the business name will be and who the owners are.
That’s it! Pay them a few bucks and you now have a business. You could even pay
the fee with an anonymous visa gift card or a pre-paid debit card, which can be
purchased at any Wal-Mart or Target etc. This way you don’t have to appear in any
office anywhere either. Do it from your bedroom.

The last thing you may have to do to make your business legal is to get a business
license. You call your local county courthouse and tell them what type of business
you are going to start and where it will be located, and they will tell you how much
the fee is for the business license. Many types of businesses require no license.
When you call the courthouse ask them what kinds of businesses don’t require a
license, then start one of those if you don’t want to pay another fee. Every state is
different and every county is different. Just call your local courthouse or do a
Google search so you can find out everything you need to do in order to get your
business name set up. Like for Missouri I would type in “Get fictitious name in

Jackson County Missouri” into Google. Then I would type in “Business license
Jackson County Missouri.” Then I would look for the .gov website as there will be
sites that want to get your money so they look official but you don’t actually need
them. This is what Google gave me when I did that search

No matter what it takes to get your business started it will all be very inexpensive
an quick. You can do the whole thing in less than 24 hours. Usually you can do the
whole thing in less than an hour.

That’s it! That’s all you have to do to start a business. Get an EIN, file a Fictitious
Name Statement, and possibly get a business license. So as you can see none of
these three things requires anything special.

Anybody can easily get all three of these things with a business name and address.
If you have the money to pay the fee you can get a business license and a fictitious
name statement. The EIN is free; all you need is the business name and address. As
long as none of this is done to with the intent to defraud it is all 100% legal.

1. How to Get a Place to Stay – How to Live Anonymously –

LEGALLY!

Obviously the first thing you will need is a place to stay. Depending on why you
need to disappear and change your identity there are several choices that you have
here. A temporary fix is to rent a hotel room. You can actually use your current
ID to rent a hotel room and you will still be hidden from just about anybody. If you
give your driver’s license as ID to rent a hotel room you are still mostly safe from
discovery. There is no national database that records every person who rents a
hotel room.

The only way someone can find you is if they know that you might possibly be
renting a hotel room, and they know the city you will be renting a hotel room in.
They will then have to call every hotel in town to find out if you are registered and
have a room rented there. So if you are running from the FBI and you
are wanted for a serious crime, then you know that they will check all of your
credit/debit cards and bank accounts to try to track you that way. So if you bought
gas all the way from New York to Las Vegas with your debit card, then you
probably won’t want to rent a hotel in Las Vegas. They will surely check every
hotel in town until they find you. And if you use your debit card to rent the hotel

then they’ll be there in a matter of minutes. They won’t have to check with every
hotel since you used your debit card and led them right to you. If you don’t leave a
trail to you exact whereabouts, in other words if you pay cash all the way, you can
still pay cash for a hotel room without being discovered and still use your real
driver’s license or ID to check into the hotel. Especially if they have no way of
knowing what town you will be in. Las Vegas is always the first place they check
since so many criminals on the run go there right away. Ames, Iowa would
probably be a better choice. Think about what you are doing.

On the other hand if you are hiding from an abusive spouse or person who does not
have access to your bank account then you can easily use your ID and your debit or
credit card to rent a hotel room without them being able to discover where you are
or what you are doing. The only way they can find you is to call the hotel you are
staying in and ask if you are registered there. So if you want to get away from
someone like this then go somewhere that they would never guess that you would
go.

If you have friends and family in New Orleans then it may not be a good idea to go
to New Orleans and to rent a hotel room there. The person you are running from
may be smart enough to call every hotel in New Orleans and they may find you.
You may want to go to Boise, Idaho instead – especially if you have never been
there before and the person you are hiding from would never think that you would
go there. That means that they also wouldn’t think to check with every hotel in
Boise so you would be safe temporarily with just renting a hotel room. You can
then take some time to find a permanent place that you can move into
anonymously. Before I go on I want to point out that the biggest factor in being
found out is your mouth. If you tell other people where you are going and what you
are doing then you have only yourself to blame when you are found by the people
you are hiding from.

People do not keep secrets! When someone knows a secret it’s almost as though
they have to tell someone. Then the person or people that they tell will in turn tell
other people and so on, and so on, and so on. Pretty soon a whole lot of people
know your business and you still think only one person knows because they would
never tell you that they went and told someone else. Yes even your very best friend
will tell your secret. They may tell their lover, who will then tell their best friend,
who will then tell their family and so on. ARE YOU GETTING MY POINT? Keep
your mouth shut and don’t tell another living soul where you are going if you
really want to disappear. You will kick yourself in the ass later if you trust other
people with your secrets now. Believe me I know. You can tell people that you are

going to take off; just don’t tell them where you are going or how to get in touch
with you. You can contact them if you need to. I’ll explain how to do that later.

However, you may in fact have that one person that you really can trust. You may
know a person that really will help you out. If this is the case then you can
have that someone rent a hotel room for you in their name. Then you are
completely anonymous instantly. This applies to renting apartments, or houses, or
anything else as well. This is a great way to become anonymous instantly if you
know for a fact that you have that person whom you can trust completely. And this
is the first way that you can rent a place to live anonymously. But, people like that
are few and far between so be careful.

If you know someone who will give you their credit or debit card, you can call
and make a reservation at a hotel using that credit card number. Then when
you check into the hotel all they will ask for is the credit card that was used to
reserve the room. All you have to do is give them the credit card; there is a very
good chance that you won’t have to give them a driver’s license or anything else.
It’s not a guarantee, but it’s a very high chance of success. This little trick has
worked for me every single time. You must physically have the card with you
when you go to the front desk though. The hotel has to swipe the card when you
get there. I’ve even used my own debit card to reserve a room both over the phone,
and over the internet, and they never asked to see my driver’s license when I went
to the front desk to check in. All they wanted to see was the debit card that I used
to make the reservation with. Now I haven’t tried it, but you may be able to buy a
gift card or a pre-paid debit card at Wal-Mart and use that card to make the
reservation and then check in without showing any ID. It’s worth a try. If you don’t
know where to find those cards they are at almost every cash register at Wal-Mart.
If you don’t see them then just tell the cashier that you are looking for their pre-
paid debit cards. They will know exactly what you are talking about. This is also a
great way to send money anonymously and a great way to spend money over the
internet anonymously. I have purchased many of those cards and used them for
everything you can imagine. They don’t work everywhere every single time, but
they do work 95% of the time. Of course you have to load money onto them when
you buy them and they cost $3 for the card itself. So if I want one with $200 credit
on it then I take $203 in cash to the register with me.

Note: You must show identification whenever you rent a hotel room unless you
reserve the room with a credit card and you physically present that card to the front
desk when you check in. Otherwise you are going to have to show a photo ID.
Unless you just get lucky, but the reason why a hotel room wants to see ID is

because they don’t want someone to get one of their rooms and then steal their
television and everything else they can get their hands on.

Now we’ll move on to a more permanent place to live. The best thing to do is to
rent a place without having to show ID, or have a credit report run on you. I
have done this successfully several times. What you need to do is; first of all, don’t
be picky about where you will stay. You’re not going to be able to rent a really
nice place, unless you’re going to pay all cash for the entire term of the lease. By
paying cash I mean you pay cash for the entire rent up front. For example, let’s say
the rent is $1000 a month and they will agree to lease the place for only six months
and you will have to pay a deposit of $1000 as well. That comes up to $6000 for
the six months rent, plus $1000 for a deposit which comes to $7000 total. So if you
are willing to pay all that cash up front then maybe you can move in without
showing ID or having a credit report run on you. Besides that, the way that I have
used successfully is to find a not so desirable place with a landlord who really
needs the money. What I do exactly is, I get the classified ads of places for rent.
Then I start calling all of them on the phone and I tell them that I have the cash
today for the first month’s rent plus the deposit and I need a place to live today. I
tell them that I will bring the cash with me if I can move in today. If they say yes
then that means they most likely are just going to have me give some limited
personal information on a piece of paper and give me the keys. You can just make
up a name that you want to use when you do this.

Craigslist is a good place to search for rentals because you can type in search
criteria. I’ve used Craigslist and typed in “no credit check” in the search criteria
and it will then show me all the places listed that don’t do a credit check. Calling
them first is a good place to start.

Finding a place to rent in this manner is not easy. You may have to make a whole
lot of phone calls, and it may take several days for you to find one that will rent to
you. You must keep at it until you find the right one. It’s best to do all of the
legwork over the telephone so you don’t waste your time driving all over town
talking to a whole lot of people who won’t rent to you without ID and credit
checks. Another thing I want to advise you of is to stay away from large apartment
complexes. There is no way an apartment complex will rent to someone without
them showing ID and having their credit checked. If a property is managed by a
property management company they all do credit checks and many event do
criminal background checks these days. So, don’t even waste your time.
Look for a mobile home that you can rent on a weekly basis, or a small house, or
townhouse etc. Small apartment complexes that only have about 12 apartments or

less may be a feasible possibility as there may be a chance they wouldn’t do a

credit check. When you put in the effort, eventually you will come across the right
landlord. Don’t give up till you find them.

So two ways to rent a place anonymously and legally are:

1) to hunt for a place that will accept cash and not ask for ID
2) have someone else rent a place for you in their name.

Note* If the place you find to rent does not do a credit check or a criminal
background check then it would be okay to show them your real ID because they
wouldn’t run it through anything and you would still be anonymous to the rest of
the world. The only people who would know who you are would be the people
who rented you the place.

If you are a female you might just be able to tell the landlord that your husband has
tried to kill you and he beat you up for years and ask them not to run a credit check
on you because he knows all your information and he has pulled your credit report
online before by acting like he was you. Tell them that if they run your credit he
might show up on your doorstep and finish what he promised to do, kill you.

I want to remind you here that it is not illegal to go by another name. You have the
right to go by whatever name you want to in the U.S. As long as you are not trying
to defraud someone, or escape the law and as long as you use your new name for
everything you have the right to go by any name of your choosing. Just make sure
you write the name down and don’t ever forget it. When your new landlord calls
you by that name you don’t want to act like you don’t know who they are talking
to.

You can buy a house; a condo, a townhouse or whatever is for sale, completely
anonymously. How do you do this? Well you buy the property in the name of your
company, or the name of your corporation, or you can do it in the name of your
trust. There are three ways to buy a house anonymously right there. So you
will need to make up a company name to use or create a trust. For example you
could name your company XYZ Investments, or XYZ Properties. Make up your
own name though. Then when you buy the house you tell them to title the house in
the name of your company. This is not an unusual thing, it’s done thousands of
times a day in America. Remember this only works if you pay cash for the house,
or pay with money orders, or open a bank account in the company or trust name
ahead of time and write a check from that account to pay for the property. Just

below I am going to describe how you can buy an inexpensive house that you can
make livable and fix up as you go along.

You can, however, finance a house in the name of a corporation or trust, because
corporations and trusts can get credit and loans. Of course you would just have to
go through the simple steps of starting a corporation first. Do a Google search for

I’ve done it myself and I still own some properties from doing it. You may tell
them that you and your partner are buying houses to fix up and sell or rent out. It’s
just too easy to do. You don’t have to get any legal documents or anything. Just tell
them to make the title of you house in the name of XYZ Properties. THAT’S IT!
Businesses own or rent real estate all the time, all you need is a business name to
put it in. Trusts also buy real estate all the time. Find out how to set up a trust later
in the book. It’s easy and someone will do it for you for a fee. Or just do a Google
search. Trusts are very valuable ways to protect you identity and assets. All

You can pay for this house with money orders. The post office sells money orders
for up to $1000, but you can buy money orders anywhere. If you find a house for
$5000 then just go to the post office and buy five money orders for $1000 each.
That’s what I did.

Yes you can find houses that cheap. Obviously you have a computer. On the
internet go to http://www.realtor.com/ - On http://www.realtor.com/ you can
select what city you want to buy a house in, and you can select the price range. Just
select the lowest price range and find the cheapest homes if you only have a little
money. I was just on realtor.com as recently as October 2009 and I found houses
available in the Kansas City area for under $5000. These homes may not be

mansions but if you pay cash for a house then you won’t have a monthly
payment expense. You can now live for free. NO PAYMENTS! All you will
have to do is pay a couple hundred bucks per year for your property insurance. Pay
that insurance and you now have a total 100% anonymous place to live. Don’t ever
call anyone you know from your house, not even on your cell phone, and you will
stay anonymous forever. Of course you can’t tell anybody where you live either.
I’ve found houses for as low as under $10,000 in St. Louis, MO – Kansas City,
MO and many other places. The roof may leak and you may have to do a lot of
work on it but how much is it worth to you to be 100% anonymous and not have
any money going out the door every month for a mortgage or rent payment. Also
no credit check is done, and you won’t have to show ID, that would possibly leave
a trail for others to find you. You can use any name you want to use in this instance
as well. In other words you may tell the realtor that your name is John Doe, or you
may just tell them to put it in your company or trust name. If they ask you for ID
when you close on the property just tell them that you don’t have it with you and
you are not required to show ID anyway since you are paying cash and not
financing. It really is that simple. Believe me I’ve done this exact same thing. It’s
so simple you wouldn’t believe it. I know I couldn’t believe it. I paid $9000 cash
for my house. I put in new carpet, new tub shower, new sinks and faucets and
patched a hole in the roof. My property insurance is only about $350 a year! All
I have to do is pay utilities and that costs me about $150 a month! I live cheap
baby! If I have a bad month and don’t make much money, I’m still okay. Of
course I own a janitorial business and I always make pretty good money. I’ll
explain about the business later, but anyone can start a janitorial business easily
and not have to have a social security number to do it.

You can buy any crappy old house and install new carpet, new sinks, new toilets
etc. So many things are very inexpensive nowadays. You can turn a nasty dirty
place into a hideout pretty quickly and cheaply if you work hard at it. It’s worth it
to be anonymous and NOT HAVE ANY PAYMENTS.

Another way to live anonymously is to stay with friends or to have a friend or

family member get a place for you in their name. Of course if you choose this
method you are trusting that these people won’t tell anybody else where you are.
It’s better if they just don’t even know where you are, that way they can’t tell
anybody.

Also be prepared to give neighbors a fake made up new name and try not to talk to
any of them besides to say hi. Maybe you could just give them your first name and
get by with that. It’s always best when trying to fool people that you will see on a

regular basis to use your real first name that way they don’t call out your fake
name from across the street and you don’t turn around because you don’t
recognize the name. Or you don’t slip when talking to them and reveal your real
name which is different than the name you told them. That might make them
suspicious. Don’t give other people details about you or start relationships with
them without knowing exactly who you are going to say you are and what you do
for a living. People are very nosy and inquisitive so take the time to make up
your story before you run into someone who asks a lot of questions. Remember
so far this is all legal and ethical. You have a right to go by whatever name you
want and so does your new business. Your business may only do one thing and that
one thing may just own the property that you live in, but that’s all you need your
company to do. You don’t actually have to start a business and run one. Call a
realtor and ask them. They’ll tell you how easy and common it is to buy a home in
a company name. I still recommend buying a home in a company name even after
you have created a new identity for yourself. I myself would not put the house in
my new identities name; I would put the house in the name of my company. That
way you gain a whole lot more anonymity. The place you live is not tied to the
name you use.

Now you will need to have your utilities turned on anonymously. The way to do
this is to have your utilities put in the name of your business. You could even have
a different business name for your utilities. Put your house in one business name
and your utilities in a different business name. You will need to obtain an EIN
or “Employer Identification Number” in order to have your utilities turned
on. There is no way for a utility company to verify that the EIN you provide to
them is attached to the business name that you give them, so you could just
make up an EIN. An EIN has the same number of digits as a Social Security
Number, the only difference is that an EIN only has one dash in it and the
dash comes after the first two numbers. Like this, 12-3456789. As opposed to a
Social Security Number that has two dashes 123-45-6789. You can go right on
the SSA website to get a brand new Employer ID Number. You can find their

will then click on “Apply for an EIN online”. You will need to supply the IRS with
all of your information. This will include supplying your name and social security
number.

You will need and address for your business and a phone number. So think about
what you are doing and get all of that information worked out first. You could go
to any UPS Store and rent a mailbox to use for your business address. The
UPS Store will ask to see your driver’s license but just go ahead and give it to them

because they won’t share that info with anyone else. They are just required to get
ID in case somebody uses one of their boxes for fraud and the authorities have to
hunt that person down. You will not be committing any fraud so you are 100%
safe. In fact all you need is an address, you don’t have to actually receive any mail
because you will get your EIN online instantly, or on the phone instantly, as you
can call them and get one over the phone too. You don’t have to do it online. So
you could just look up a UPS Store address and provide that as your business
address without every actually having rented the mailbox.

You may not want to provide your real information to the SSA for your EIN if you
are going in deep cover. This can compromise your anonymity. There are ways
however to do this anonymously. However if you haven’t done anything illegal
and if the law is not looking for you, you are 100% safe giving your real
information and getting that number so that you can use that number to buy your
house, turn on your utilities, work and make money etcetera.

You can just make up a phone number if you want because they won’t ever try to
call you and they don’t verify the phone number.

I heard a story about a guy who used his brother’s name to get an EIN. He knew
that his brother would never start a business so he just applied for the EIN using all
of his brother’s information, and he never told his brother about it. This way he
knew all of his brother’s correct personal info, he even knew his brother’s mother’s
maiden name, since they both had the same mother. Or you could have a friend get
a number for you, or just ask a family member to do it. Again you don’t actually
have to start a business. Your business may not ever get off the ground but you still
get to keep the number. Or you could borrow an EIN from another business and
use their business name. You may be able to find this info by doing searches on the
internet.

EIN’s first two numbers are the only numbers that have to be real. This site will
give you all of the first two number prefixes that are valid

Anyway, when you call the utility company you tell them your business now owns
or rents this property and you need to have the utilities put into the name of your
business. New businesses move into new places every single day of the week. So
this is a very common occurrence for them. They won’t suspect anything fishy at
all. You may have to pay a slightly higher price for services since you are a
business but the anonymity can be well worth it.

2. Get a Car – Buying & Renting Anonymously – LEGALLY!

One of the main things you may need while you are living under the radar is a car.
There are two ways to rent a car anonymously. One way is to have a business
account with a business debit or credit card so that you can reserve the rental with
the card. Then when you pick the car up you will have to show your driver’s
license but this will only be used to prove that you are licensed to drive and to
prove you are who you say you are. No one will be able to find out that you rented
the car unless they are following the debit or credit card you are using. Of course
you will make sure ahead of time that there is no way anyone can do that. Also, it’s
simple to open up a business checking account. I will explain all of that in the
chapter on banking. The police can call all rental companies and get records of
who rented cars but the info isn’t sent to them automatically, so even if the police
were looking for you, you would still be safe to rent a car and use it. All you would
have to do to be completely safe is drop it back off at night when there was no one
there. Put the key in the drop off box and walk away.

The other way to rent a car anonymously is to have someone else rent the car
for you and let you have the keys. All rental car companies will ask the person
renting the car if there will be any other drivers. If they answer yes then the rental
car company will want to see the other driver’s driver license. Also they will
charge more for the renting of the car if there is going to be more than one driver.
So it works every time if they say no there won’t be any other driver’s and they
just trust you enough to let you drive the car.

However, it doesn’t matter if you show your driver license because they aren’t
going to enter the 2nd driver’s name into any database anywhere. They only want
to look at your ID because they want to know if you are able to drive a car legally.
It is their car after all. Or the person renting the car could just say, “No, there will
be no other drivers”. Then your friend could let you drive the car anyway. It’s a
good idea to always make sure you have insurance on the car when you do this. So
it may be a good idea to pay the little extra fee for the insurance the rental car
company will try to sell to you.

Now we will go over how to buy a car anonymously. For this you want to do
exactly the same thing as buying the house. You start your own business and you
title the car in the name of the business. I recommend finding a car that you can
afford to pay cash for. There are plenty of cheap cars available on

the seller signs the title over to you, you just tell them to make the title out in the
name of the business. Again, you don’t have to actually start a business. You just
tell the people that you’re dealing with that you have a business and you want the
car in the business name. They might ask you what your business does so it would
be a good idea to have a good story ready to tell them. You could put the car in the
same business name as the house, if you bought a house that is. Personally I would
put my house in one business name and my car in another business name. That
way the car is not tied to the house in any way whatsoever. If you didn’t buy a
house then you can just make up a business name just for the purchase of your car.
You can name your business anything you want to. I would probably make the
name of my business sound like a very respectable business and not some goofy
fun name. You don’t want to draw attention to yourself. I might call my business
something like “Drake Enterprises”, or “Hamilton Properties”. Businesses buy and
own cars every day, all you need is a business name to own it in. You won’t need
an EIN or anything in order to buy a car in your business name.

One benefit of having your vehicle titled in a company name is if a police officer
should ever call in your tags he will never know who you are. If the policeman
doesn’t actually pull you over then you are completely safe. License plates give the
police a whole lot of information about you if you title them in your personal name
and if you have a criminal history at all you may not want them to ever know who
you are. They used to pull me over just because I had a felony record. Now they
have no idea who I am. That’s saved me from being pulled over several times now.
If they call in your license plate they have all of your information right there. They
know your name, address and criminal background just from your tag number. If
you title your car in the name of your business all they know is the name and
address of the business. You many even want to rent a mailbox (see the chapter on
mailboxes) in order to use the mailbox address as the address of your car owning
business and have your tags attached to the address of the mailbox. This way you
will not have your address on record with the license plate attached to your home
address, which you want to never be found at. So if someone ever comes looking
for the owner of the car they won’t come to your house they will go to the mailbox
address. Or the business that owns the car could use the address of one of your
friends or family members. Especially, if you have to receive the license plate
through the mail then you definitely want to find an alternate address, just so you
can receive that one piece of mail, your license plate. Once you get the license
plate that’s all you need that address for. You don’t have to tell that friend where
you live or where you keep the car. Your car is now not tied to your actual
anonymous home address. Of course your car is now very anonymous too.

So if you buy a car, you will need anonymous insurance on the car. The
insurance company will allow you to get insurance on the car in the name of your
business as well. The insurance company will, however, ask to see somebody’s
driver’s license. You will need to ask a friend or family member provide their
license to you for this requirement. Or you could place a “help wanted” classified
ad in the newspaper, looking for a driver for your business. Meet the applicants at a
place that has a copy machine. Tell the applicants you are looking for a delivery
driver to deliver business documents to businesses all over town. You will of
course require a copy of their driver’s license and social security card. When the
insurance company asks who will be the driver of the car you just give them a copy
of one of your applicants driver’s license and social security card. You may even
be able to fax it to them. The insurance company will then insure the car. Again the
car will be titled in the name of the company and the tags will only betray the
company’s information so it would be okay to show your real license in order to
get the insurance. The license plate still only reveals the information on the
company that owns the car, not the driver’s insurance information. Personally I just
took a copy of my mother’s driver’s license and social security card to the
insurance company as the driver of the car. They never asked if they could see my
license and I told them I was the owner of the business. In fact they didn’t ask me
for anything at all, just a copy of the driver’s license and SS card.

Then you may change your mind and drive the car yourself so you won’t be
actually end up hiring any of those driver applicants after all. Even if you told
them, “yes you have the job, I just need a copy of your license and SS card and you
can start next week.” Then you call them back and apologize for not being able to
start a driver at that position now. Once you have your new identity you will be
able to give your new identification to any officer who pulls you over in this car
and tell that officer that you work for, or you own, “Drake Enterprises” or
whatever name you gave to your business. This will gain you some respect from
the law. Don’t get pulled over though. Drive correctly and stay out of the spotlight.
Don’t break the law and ask the law to pull you over. Stay out of the spotlight. Pay
the taxes on the car every year and always get your tags renewed on time. Keep
yourself in good standing.

3. Work Anonymously – LEGALLY!

You may have guessed what I’m going to say here. Start a business! Starting a
business is the absolute best way to work anonymously. Here you will need an EIN
or “Employer Identification Number”, also known as a “Taxpayer Identification

Number,” as we discussed earlier. Again you could have a friend of family

member get you a number to use under their name. Or you could use the brother
technique from earlier. For this you can’t just make up a number like you can to
have your utilities turned on. If you just borrow someone else’s you may run into
problems with the IRS later on. You will want a real number so that you can file
taxes under that number and be completely legal. Although I do know a woman
who owns her own business and she has her own EIN and she hasn’t filed or paid
any taxes in over 15 years. She gives the people she works for her EIN but she still
hasn’t paid taxes.

One thing about starting a business and getting an EIN is that I can call my
business by the name of my choosing. In other words if I want to name my
business “Fred Sanders”, then I can name it “Fred Sanders.” Then I could go
online and get my EIN in the name of Fred Sanders. Now you may have noticed
that “Fred Sanders” is just like a name that a person would have. So if I went to
apply for a job somewhere and I told them my name was Fred Sanders, I could also
give them my EIN as my Social Security Number. They will never know that the
number you gave is and EIN. Just put in two dashes the same way a SSN would
have and you’d be fine. The IRS wouldn’t know it either, because you will be
getting paid in that name, and that’s exactly like a real business would get paid, BY
CHECK. As long as they don’t do credit checks and background checks that would
work great as a way to get a job working for a company owned by someone else.
That’s not legal to do but it would work very smoothly in many circumstances. At
least I don’t think it’s legal, it may be I don’t know. As long as the name matches
the number I don’t think even the IRS would discover what was really happening.

It really depends on what you do that determines whether or not you actually need
an EIN number or not. The best living I made anonymously was when I started a
janitorial business. I clean car dealerships. I chose car dealerships because they pay
very well and in big cities there are a lot of them. When there are a lot of them you
can easily find one who is unhappy with the service they are using currently. Also
you can easily get hold of the person who is in charge of hiring and firing cleaning
companies. It’s usually the general manager or the owner, but sometimes it may be
the service manager. You can use your new identity as your name when you deal
with these people. You can even just make a name up and go by that name. It’s the
name of your business that matters. All they want is the name of your business,
your business mailing address, your EIN, and your business phone number. They
will make the checks out to your business name (see the chapter on banking to find
out how to cash these checks). How long you keep the accounts depends on how
well of a job you do cleaning for them.

When I bid a cleaning account I just figure that I’d like to make at least $20 an
hour and I bid the job accordingly. If the job looks like it would take me 4 hours a
night to clean it, then I give them a bid for $80 per night six nights a week based
on a month being 30 days, that leaves four days per month that they are not open
so I bid $80 per night for 26 nights a month for a total of $2080 per month. Car
dealers in my city are open six days a week. All you have to do is type up a bid on
your computer and take it down to Kinko’s and have them put it in a nice binder,
which costs about $3. This is a great way to make a living anonymously. I even
hire employees so I don’t do any of the work myself. Well I do in the beginning
and when my employees call in sick, but I don’t work much.

If you do a great job they will even give you a good reference and then it’s really
easy to get more jobs if you have someone to say how great your work is. It’s up to
you. Work hard and have money forever, or do shoddy work and get fired in just a
few weeks. This work may not be glamorous but I can tell you this - I had the
accounts at 10 auto dealerships and I hired other people to do all the cleaning. I
made about $6000 a month and all I did was pick up checks every two weeks. The
employees did almost all of the work for me. I had to give them my EIN to get the
job but they also accept Social Security Numbers. For a while there I gave many of
them my brother’s EIN and it worked just fine.

Another great thing about the janitorial business is that every time I have gotten a
new account they have never done any kind of background check on me. When
they hire me they just hand me the keys and give me the security code to get in. I
know that’s great right!

Another great thing is that it’s very common to get paid $3000 to $4000 a month to
clean a car dealership. Two or three months worth of cleaning and you’d have
enough money to pay cash for a little house as we discussed earlier.

A business that you can start where you don’t need an EIN is to start a home
cleaning business. All you have to do is put ads in the newspaper. Or, place free
ads on http://www.craigslist.org/about/sites. You can also make up some flyers and
walk around rich neighborhoods passing them out. The going rate for home
cleaning is about $25 per hour per person. So if it’s just you, you can easily charge
$25 an hour or more. Again how good of a job you do depends on how long you
will be working. You just have them make the checks out to your business name
that you just made up. Like, Mike’s Cleaning Service. And if you do a fantastic job
the people you clean for will tell all of their friends how great you are and they will

all want to hire you too. I know I did that for several years. I did a fantastic job for
the first husband and wife that hired me. They told all their friends and their
friends started calling me to clean their homes. Then their friend’s friends started
calling me, and so on. It wasn’t long before I started turning them down because I
just didn’t have enough time to do all of the people that wanted me.

The reason I mentioned two cleaning businesses right off the bat, is because I have
done both, and they both work very easily. They are easy to start and easy to run.
Anybody can run a vacuum cleaner; mop a floor, clean glass, empty trash cans and
clean toilets. It’s a very simple business to start. When I started cleaning the car
dealerships, my first account paid me $3500 a month and I started the job with a
$10 vacuum cleaner that I bought at a garage sale and a bottle of Windex. My first
couple of weeks I used their mop buckets and brooms etc. Eventually I ended up
with accounts at 10 dealerships. I had employees that did all the work for me at
that point. All I did was pick up the checks on the 1st and the 15th of each month.

Starting a new business will work for anything. If you are an electrician you can
start your own business the same way as above. Just start advertising for work.
Don’t forget you can place ads on http://www.craigslist.org/about/sites for free.
FREE ADVERTISING! If you can fix cars you can start your own business out of
your garage. You can wash cars, you can wash and detail cars for people at their
place of business, that way they don’t have to come to you, you can go to them. Or
you can have them bring the cars to you, it’s your choice. You can sell stuff on
eBay, Amazon.com, Craigslist.org or a whole host of other sites on the internet.
You can babysit, mow lawns, paint, re-model homes, or do plumbing. I have one
friend who places ads on Craigslist offering himself to do remodeling jobs. He
makes quite a bit of money doing it too. He just created a business name and has
his clients make out their checks to his business. Simple.

I know a guy who makes sandwiches, burgers, lasagna, chili, and stuff like that at
home. Then at 11:30am every day he walks through a couple of 6 to 9 story office
buildings selling his homemade foods for lunch. Of course he sells chips and
drinks as well. In two hours of selling per day he makes over $100 a day. Not a bad
idea! Of course he had to get permission to sell in those buildings, but that was
easy. Just find the property manager and maybe ask some of the business managers
and owners in the building and find out if it’s okay with them. They actually
benefit from it because their employees get to stay in the office and work through
lunch. Do whatever suits you, I guarantee you, and you already know how to do
something that will make you money without having to go work for a company.
Like I said earlier, anybody can clean!

Another way to earn money anonymously is to buy real estate and rent it out.
Obviously you buy the real estate under your company name, as described earlier
in chapter 1. You could go to http://www.realtor.com/ and buy inexpensive houses
to rent out. From what I can see in the rental market, it’s nearly impossible to find
a house for rent for less than $500 a month. So if you bought five houses for
$10,000 each, and if you could rent each house for at least $500 a month, that
equals $2500 a month income. So if you bought six houses and you lived in one of
them, and you had no mortgage payment, then you would only have your utilities,
gas for your car, and food as your monthly expenses. Your total expenses may only
come to $400 or $500 a month out of an income of $2500 from renting your other
houses. You would be able to live a pretty decent life, and not have to work at all.
My message here is that the best way to be anonymous is to work for yourself by
starting your own business. Just do what you’re good at, if that’s at all possible.

4. How to Fly Anonymously – LEGALLY!

It’s simple to fly anonymously. Method number 1 is, remember you have the
right to go by whatever name you want. The thing about flying anonymously is
that you must recruit the assistance of a friend or family member. Since 9/11
airlines require that you show identification in order to fly. There is an exception to
this rule though. If you have someone who has ID and they will agree to go with
you to the airport, then the airline will allow them to show their identification and
allow them to vouch for you. All your friend has to do is say, “Yes, you are who
you say you are”. So you make a flight reservation in whatever name you want.
Then you take cash, and your friend, with you to the airport. When you go to pay
for your ticket the airline will ask you for your ID. You say you don’t have it
because you lost it. Your friend says I have identification. Your friend shows their
identification and tells the airline that, you are who you say you are, and “voila”
you just got a plane ticket anonymously.

Method number 2 is, you will be allowed to fly without showing any
identification if you are making a return flight. That means you had to have
purchased a round trip ticket and you already used the first part of your ticket to
get to where you are now. In other words let’s say you are in Dallas. You buy a
round trip ticket to Chicago. You fly to Chicago and you are now ready to fly back
to Dallas. You go to the ticket counter and they ask you for your ID. You tell them
that you lost your wallet while you were in Chicago and you don’t have any ID.
Well since you already flew from Dallas you won’t have to show any ID because
they assume you already showed ID once when you got on the plane in Dallas. So

they will let you fly this time without showing your ID. Remember this actually
happens all the time. People lose their wallets all the time. The trick here is you
could have been in Chicago all along. In other words, you are in Chicago and you
need to fly to Dallas on Friday. You buy a round trip ticket that flies from Dallas to
Chicago on Monday, then back from Chicago to Dallas on Friday. Then you only
take the flight back from Chicago to Dallas on Friday, and you were actually never
in Dallas to start with. You actually started your trip in Chicago and now you’re
going to Dallas. You just paid for the ticket from Dallas to Chicago to make it
appear as though you came from Dallas and now you are just on your way back. It
costs you extra, but it’s anonymous and sometimes that costs a little more to pull
off. You may have to say you missed the first leg of the flight and you took a train
or rented a car and drove instead. But you still need to get home to Dallas and you
have your paid for ticket. You will be on that flight anonymously.

5. How to Get a Bank Account Anonymously – LEGALLY!

Here again I’m going to tell you to start a business so that you can open a business
checking account. If you haven’t figured it out yet. The best way to do everything
is to start a business and live and work under your business name. A business can
do anything a person can do. Rent a place, buy real estate, open a bank account
with debit cards, turn on utilities, everything! Don’t forget that corporations and
trusts work for all these same things too.

The first way to open a bank account that we will discuss is to start a
corporation. Corporations are really cheap to start up. All you have to do is pay a
small fee have a company set up the corporation. You can get it all done for as
little as $150. Just do a Google search for “start a corporation”. Or click this link

When you do that search you will find thousands of companies that will start the
corporation for you very inexpensively. When a corporation is formed that
corporation must get its own EIN or “Employer Identification Number”.
Remember the people who set up your corporation will get that EIN number for
you or you can do it yourself at http://www.irs.gov/. When you open a bank
checking account in the name of the corporation you will need to show your
corporate papers, trust papers or a copy of your EIN, and your own ID. Even
though you show your ID the bank will still only use the corporations EIN number

on the account. You don’t have to be the one to open the account either. You can
name one of your friends as your Chief of Operations, or the Chief Financial
Officer and that person can go into the bank and show their ID in order to get the
checking account opened. It’s very simple to do. Make sure you call the banks first
to ask them what you need to bring with you to open the account. That way you
don’t get there and find out you don’t have a piece of paper they want. All states
are different, or I would list it all here for you, so call first.

Also, make sure that when you open the account you will get a free debit card with
it. You want that debit card so you can pay for everything you have to do in life
just like you would with your personal checking account debit card. Obviously it’s
best if you don’t use another person and you do it yourself. You can rent a mailbox
to use as your business mailing address. You can rent a telephone number to use as
your business number. You can keep all of your information away from your
personal residence by using a different mailbox rental or other address. There are
some banks that will let you open up a business checking account online. You can
do a search for “open a business checking account online” on

You will find other banks on your own. A person could feasibly open a business
checking account online and only have to fax one of these banks only a copy of
one of the corporation’s officer’s driver’s license and social security card. Could

you borrow your brother’s, or your mother’s, driver’s license and social security
card and just make a copy of it so that you can get this bank account open real
quick. YES. Remember only the EIN number will be associated with the account.
The bank just needs to see somebody’s ID in order to open the account.

Another way to get an account open is to go into the bank yourself. You say that
you work for this corporation and you need to open a bank account. You tell them
that the Chief Financial Officer is in another state and you need to get the account
open for them. The Chief Financial Officer that you are talking about will have to
be a live person who will be available by telephone and by fax. The bank will ask
to talk to that person on the phone and the will have to fax over a copy of their
driver’s license and social security card. I’ve done this myself and it is very simple
to do. I opened a business checking account for my mother’s company and told
them that my name was “John” and I worked for this company and they needed me
to open the bank account because the owner was in another state. The bank just
called her while I was sitting in the bank opening the account for her. They didn’t
even ask me for any of my ID. They just wanted my mother’s ID to prove she was
real. Then the corporation had a bank account in the company name just a few
minutes later. Neither I nor my mother was listed on the checking account. We got
debit cards a couple of days later. I used this bank account to be anonymous for a
long time.

You can deposit checks made out to any name into your business checking
account. If someone gave me a check and made it out to John Doe, I just wrote
“for deposit only” on the back of the check and drove through the drive through
and deposited it. If they told me they couldn’t do it, I would just take the check
back and go to another branch and drive through their drive through. I would just
continue this until some teller just went ahead and deposited the check. This
usually happened on the first try though. It’s very simple really. This is one way to
cash checks anonymously. You don’t get cash actually but as soon as the check is
credited to your account you can use your debit card to withdraw the cash.

Another way you can open a business account is to just open a simple business
checking account and not a corporation checking account. You should get an
EIN number for this also but you can just use your social security number if you
want. Or have a friend or family member open a business checking account for
you. Banks do this every day and it is very simple to do. You could just borrow
your mother’s information and open the account for her as described above. You
can use all the same tricks from above for opening a corporation checking account

and a “trust” checking account. All of the same rules apply to these types of
checking accounts too.

You may have to give the bank what they call a “fictitious name statement” in my
state. To get a “fictitious name statement” you just call your local county
courthouse and ask them how you get one. You can usually get on online at their
website or just stop by the courthouse and fill out a simple form stating the name
of your business and its owners. You then pay a small fee ($7.50 in my state) and
they give you a document that shows that you own the business. You’ll need to
provide your business address inside their county and a business telephone
number. You can figure out how to get an address easily. Just use your mailbox
rental or a friends address. They may send you quarterly income tax statements.
Just tell them you haven’t made any money yet because your business hasn’t
gotten off the ground yet and you will owe nothing for taxes. It’s very simple, so
don’t be afraid. There’s nothing to it. This is another way to bank anonymously.

Another way to open a checking account anonymously is to start a trust. You

can do this very easily too. Again you can hire someone or use an online service to

You can use all of the same information described earlier on how to open a
corporation checking account for this trust account. The requirements will be the
same as opening a corporate or business checking account. This is another way to
bank anonymously. You can make anonymous deposits in the account and the
simple business checking account as well.

As stated earlier if you have a business checking or trust checking account you can
deposit any check into that account, no matter who that check is made out to. More
on that below.

Another way to open a bank account anonymously is to have a friend or

family member open an account and just let you have the debit card and
access to the account online etc. The account will be in their name, so you will
remain anonymous. You just now have a checking account you can use. Of course
you must trust this person not to give you away. Be careful who you trust.

6. Cash Checks Anonymously – LEGALLY!

One way to cash checks anonymously is to go to just about any check cashing
service. Call them first and ask them if you have to have ID to cash a check. Many
will say no you don’t have to have an ID. What happens is you go to the check
cashing place and they will call the person that wrote you the check and ask them
if they did indeed write you the check and ask them if it is okay to cash the check
for you. As long as that person says yes, you will get your check cashed. They may
ask that person what you look like and if they can describe you your check will get
cashed with no hassles at all. I’ve done this many times. I would clean someone’s
house and they would write the check out to John Doe and I would go straight to
the check cashing company to cash it with no ID. The check cashing company
would ask if I minded if the called the person that wrote the check. I would say be
my guest. They would call them and ask them if they wrote John Doe a check, the
people would say, “Yes”. Then they would ask the people what I look like. Of
course they knew exactly what I looked like and in just a few minutes I would
walk out with the cash without having any ID at all. This happens in every check
cashing business every single day.

Obviously if you were remodeling someone’s bathroom and that someone had to
write you a check, you could tell that someone that your name is John Doe. They
could write you the check and you could take it to the check cashing place without
any ID. The check cashing place calls the person that wrote the check and asks,
“Did you write a check to John Doe”? And “Can you describe him”? Then the
check cashing place will cash your check without you showing any identification.

Another way to cash checks anonymously is to use any one of the three types
of checking accounts from the chapter on how to open checking accounts

anonymously. Any one of these three ways will work as well. You can use a John
Doe name for any of those techniques as well.

Another way to cash checks anonymously is to have the person write the
check your John Doe name or any name you please. Then find a friend or
family member that already has a checking account. Sign the check over to them
and have them deposit the check in their account and give you the cash. This is
another way to cash checks anonymously.

7. You Don’t Have to Actually Run a Business or a Trust

I want to stress again here that in order to do all of the things we’ve discussed in
this book; you don’t have to actually run a business to have a business checking
account, or a trust checking account for that matter. Or to own real estate in a
business name, or to own a car in a business name. No one will ever know if you
actually have a business or not. You won’t have to actually prove it ever. All you
have to do is have some paperwork that says the business exists. Indeed the
business does exist if you have the corporate papers or the Fictitious Name
Statement. But the business doesn’t have to actually do anything specific.

Let’s say you open a business checking account for a business that you were going
to start. Then you lost all your money and you couldn’t get the business started.
You don’t have to close the business checking account. You can keep that
checking account forever.

The case is the same for real estate and cars. You bought the house in the company
name, or the car in the company name, and then you never got the business off the
ground. You don’t have to sell the house or the car or change the name of the
owner on the title. You can keep them in the name of the company that never
existed forever. Just pay taxes on them every year and you have absolutely no
worries. So you intended to start a business, it just never materialized. You still get
all the anonymity benefits from the business that never materialized.

8. Get a New Birth Certificate

No matter which way a person chooses to obtain a birth certificate, that person
should always call the county where they want to get the certificate and ask the
questions, “What does it take to get a birth certificate?” “How much does is cost?”
“Who can get copies, and who can’t?” “How do you get them mailed to you?” -

Basically all of the questions you need to know. Don’t ever be afraid to call anyone
and ask questions. These places have calls coming in all day long that are just
people asking questions, so you definitely won’t stand out in a crowd. Most places
have websites nowadays so you can find their websites and get all that info online
too. Most times it’s just easier to call and ask.

#1 Okay, now we will embark on the journey to obtaining a new identity. The
basis of an identity is the birth certificate. One way that a real birth certificate
could be obtained is by getting what is called a Delayed Birth Certificate. A
delayed birth certificate is a birth certificate that is acquired after birth. In other
words when the birth actually happened there was no birth certificate issued.

Usually there would not be a birth certificate issued if the birth did not take place
in a hospital. For instance, a family of religious zealots like the Amish may have a
child. Well when Amish people have children they have them in their own Amish
communities. They don't go to hospitals.

The fact that they don't go to hospitals doesn't mean that a birth didn't happen.
They do have children. When they have children they don't apply for birth
certificates or social security numbers. They just have their children and raise
them. Well when one of those children turns 17 years old and decides not to
remain Amish they find out that they have to get a birth certificate and a social
security number in order to work, get a driver’s license and survive in this country.
So they get a Delayed Birth Certificate. The same thing would happen if a Mexican
woman had a baby in a taxi cab in NY City. There was no doctor present so a
Delayed Birth Certificate would be applied for. There are thousands of reasons
why babies are not born in hospitals. So we have Delayed Birth Certificates that
are issued to those babies.

The Delayed Birth Certificate is really quite common. So if a person was born in
Tulsa, Oklahoma outside of a hospital that person could obtain a Delayed Birth
Certificate any time after their birth took place. Their parents may get them a birth
certificate very soon after the birth. All cases are different so it’s easy to come up
with reasons why you didn’t get yours yet. Just plan your story well before you go
about the business.

Or, the parents may never get the child a birth certificate. The child may grow up
to the age of 71years old and have never had a birth certificate. In that case this
person could send a letter to the department of vital statistics (or whatever the local
department is called that handles birth certificates) asking for a copy of their birth

certificate. In that letter the person would have to provide the details in their
request for the birth certificate. That person might say something like,
"Hi, my name is John Doe. I was born in Tulsa County Oklahoma on Dec 25th,
1950. I would like to get a copy of my birth certificate. My mother's maiden name
is Jane Katherine Dink, and my father's name is James Frank Doe."

Of course Tulsa County won't be able to find a copy of John Doe's birth certificate
because John Doe is just a name being used by the person applying for the birth
certificate. The person never really existed. Now that Tulsa County has received
the request for the birth certificate John Doe would now be on record in Tulsa just
because he applied for a birth certificate. Now, Tulsa County will send a letter
back to John Doe stating that they don't have a birth certificate on record. They
will tell John that he will have to provide them with some proof of his existence
and that once they get that proof, and then they will issue him a delayed birth
certificate. They will send along a list of what things they will accept as proof of
his existence. One of the things they will accept is if two people will vouch for
John Doe and say that they knew John's parents and they have known John since
his birth. So, if two real people write John a letter (possibly needing notarization
on this letter) and those two people vouch for John then they will go ahead and
issue John the birth certificate. So a person could make up a name, make up a
mother and father's name, make up a birth date, and send in a request to any county
in any state in the country for a copy of their birth certificate. The county would
not be able to locate the birth certificate so they would send a reply telling the
applicant what they require in order to issue the Delayed Birth Certificate. They,
most likely, would also send a document that would enable this person to use this
new name to go and get a diver's license or state ID card. They sent me one. I
applied and they sent me an official piece of paper and they said, “If you need to
get a driver’s license just use this piece of paper in place of your birth certificate.”
So I did. I just took that piece of paper and a fake employee ID that I made with
my computer and a laminating machine that I bought at Office Depot, and went
down and got myself a State ID card. I got the State ID card because that way I
didn’t have to take a driving test or a written test. I just showed them my stuff and
got my State ID within about 10 minutes.

Tulsa County may send a document that can be used to obtain a driver's license, or
state ID card. The letter they send may say, "We don't have your birth certificate
on file but you can use this letter we've sent you as ID to obtain a driver's license
while you are going through the process of obtaining your birth certificate. You
now have one of the things you need in order to get a driver's license. The driver's
license bureau will tell you what else you will need.

NOTE: Important to point out here that it is always easier to obtain a State Issued
ID Card than it is to obtain a driver's license. It would be a good idea to always get
a State Identification Card on the first visit to the DMV. Then once you have that
you can go back and use your State ID as identification to obtain a driver's license.
One reason a State ID is easier is because you don't have to take any driving tests.
You just show your documents take your picture and get your ID.

A State ID Card is just as good as a driver's license. It works for you the same as a
driver's license does for an ID. Even if you get caught driving without a driver's
license. Let’s say you never had a driver's license and you get caught driving and
you are 50 years old. All that will happen is you will get a ticket for driving
without a driver's license. Who cares!

#2 The only other way to get a birth certificate in a name that has just been made
up out of thin air is to create one yourself. There are so many different types and
styles of birth certificates that no one knows if they look correct or not. So if a
person were to just get a blank birth certificate and fill in the blanks themselves. A
birth certificate whited out and copied and edited has worked for thousands of
people. However, using this type of birth certificate to obtain State ID's and driver
licenses is very risky at times because many DMV's are capable of checking on
whether or not a birth certificate is actually on file in the county it is supposed to
be in. I wouldn’t suggest this method.

#3 Some identity changers have stolen, or borrowed, someone else’s identity. They
acquire someone else’s information and they go do a DMV and get an ID in that
person's name with their own picture on it. This is easy to do; it may take a few
weeks though. If a person knew a real person's name, place of birth, date of birth,
father's name, and mother's maiden name, then that person could send in a request
by mail for a copy of that person's birth certificate and claim that they are that
person, they just need a copy of their birth certificate. Then that person would have
the birth certificate, so all they would need is a picture ID in order to get real State
ID Card or driver's license. A good way to get a picture ID is to go enroll in one
cheap course at a local community college under the new name so that you will be
given a new college student ID. With a birth certificate and a photo ID, a State ID
can be obtained in just a matter of minutes. A State ID is a very powerful ID. Even
the police won't question them unless the person presenting it doesn't really know
the information by heart. A real person would immediately know their own birth
date, address, social security number, and even know how to spell their own name
correctly.

An identity changer should always know by heart all of the information that will
instantly give them away if they don't know it. Also, when using someone else’s
information it might be best if the new ID were acquired in a state that the person
had never lived in before. A person could say I just moved here and I need a new
ID. Whereas if it were done in the same state and same city as the real person
actually lived then it may be best to say you lost your license and you need a
duplicate. Make sure it's not a state like Missouri that keeps peoples pictures on
file. They will tell you this if you call them up and say I need a duplicate license,
because mine's lost, what do I need in order to get the duplicate. Missouri will say,
"Nothing, we have your picture on file so just come on in!" When you come in
they will just look at your picture and look at you and if you are the same person
they will give you another driver license or state ID card.

9. State Identification Cards and Driver's Licenses

First of all don't ever be afraid to call the DMV and ask them questions. They
answer these same questions dozens of times every day and they won't mind
answering them for you too. As stated above a State ID Card is much easier to
obtain than a driver's license because no testing is required. All that has to be done
is to give the DMV the proof that they want and they will give you a state ID card.
A birth certificate or a baptismal certificate will work as proof of your age.

Obviously a baptismal certificate can be purchased at any bible supply store, or

church supply store. They can also be found online very easily. Just do a Google
search for "baptismal certificates." The picture ID could be a yearbook with a very
old picture. That person could easily look very different today. There are all types
of things that the DMV will accept in order to issue you your new ID. Just call
them up, have a pen ready, and ask them what they require for a person to get a
state ID. Then choose which of those things is easiest for you to obtain and then
obtain them. This process is really very simple if the information is verifiable. Use
the methods described above to get a birth certificate and then find a state to get
the ID in that doesn't require you to provide your social security number, if you
don't have one yet. Michigan is one state that does not require a person to provide
their social security number when obtaining a driver's license, or state ID. Check

So to get state ID's and licenses just call them and find out what they accept, then
figure out which of those things you can come up with to go get them. No one can
do this for you! You may have to get a little creative but don't give up, a state ID is
much easier to get than you think. Make sure you have all of your information
memorized. It's probably easiest to go to a state that doesn't require a social
security number to get a driver license or state ID.

10. How to Obtain a New Social Security Number

There are very few ways to get legal social security numbers. One way is to prove
to the social security administration that you are the victim of identity theft and
your number has been abused. Another way is to prove that you are the victim of
abuse and that your number has been, or will be used by the abuser or the abuser
will use your number to locate you and abuse you again. They don't take changing
your social security number lightly so it will take some real proof to get it done.
Check out their website for all the details. They also allow people with the number
666 all in a row to get a new number since that is the number of the anti-Christ.

social security number and exactly what to do to apply for a new social security
number if you've never had one. If a person over the age of twelve years old
applies for a brand new social security number, they must do so in person at a
social security office. If the person is under 12 it can be done through the mail.

Identity changers have created new names and birth certificates out of thin air and
then applied for a new social security number in the same name as the one on their
new birth certificate. So you apply for two different birth certificates using the
exact same name, one of these would be under age 12, closer to newborn is better,

and the other would be near the age of the person wanting the new name and social
security number. You would obviously get the two birth certificates from two
different states. Then you apply for a new social security number with the under 12
identity. Usually they do this through the mail and they apply for the number as
though they were less than 12 years old. They then just use the number when they
get it and they still give the social security number when they need to, even when
they give the birth date that they used on their new name and birth certificate.
Nobody can tell the age of the person by their social security number. If this is
done however, it has to be done with a real birth certificate, passport, or US
Consular Report of Birth.

A person could apply for a two Delayed Certificates of Birth, as described under
birth certificates section, in the same name but with different ages. One of the
applicants could be from one state and be under 12 years old and obtain a delayed
birth certificate, and one could be from another state and be any age over 12 years
old. Then they could use the under 12 year old to get a new social security number.
Then use that social security number as the social security number of the older
person with the same name.

It might be a good idea to remind you that you don't have to have a social security
number to live and work in the US. You can live and work as your own business
and as a business you can use your Employer Identification Number instead of a
social security number. This is the main reason people seeking to change their
identities have problems. They think they can't work if they don't have a social
security number. Read the other chapters about how to live and work under an
Employer Identification Number. If you can live and work anonymously you don't
even need identification. Even if they police were looking for you, you could still
live under a real business name, or names actually, that you created from your own
identity, and you could hide forever.

See, the police don't actively hunt you down unless you've really done something
serious, like murder, or some type of very big crime. For all other crimes they
police may go by your last known address a few times, but after three or four times
going by, they give up. Believe me I was a fugitive from justice many times and
I’ve been through it all. They’ve knocked and my mother’s door two or three times
every time they were looking for me and she would just tell them that she had no
idea where I was. Then they would just stop coming by. They figure you'll get
pulled over speeding some day and then they'll have you. So drive as little as
possible and don't run any stop signs or break any laws when you do have to drive.

Just don’t give them a reason to pull you over. It's not hard to hide from the police
for smaller crimes.

Now if the Federal Government wants you, they will hunt you down using every
resource available. So you can't just start a business originating with your real
identity and not be found. The feds may find out that you started the business and
they will go to the business and check it out. They are excellent at tracking down
information. An identity changer could start a business and get an Employer
Identification Number under his brother's name without his brother ever knowing it
though. And he could then live under that business name without any problems. Or
maybe his brother would let him do it and could be trusted to never tell anybody.
So you can see for yourself, it depends on who is looking for you. If it's not the
federal government then it should be really easy for you to hide from anybody else.
Just remember, loose lips sink ships. So, if you don't want anybody to know where
you are - DON'T TELL ANYBODY.

If you can live and work anonymously, the only thing a person really has a
problem with is getting stopped by the police when driving. You don't have to have
identification when you get stopped by the police. People get stopped all the time
and they don't have ID. The police just want the right information. If the person
who got stopped were able to give a name, SSN, date of birth, address and
everything else that's on a driver license, they would also have to be a close enough
match to the height, weight, and eye color etc. then they could easily get by with
no problems. If the person who got pulled over had a state ID and no driver’s
license then they would just get a ticket for driving without a license and sent on
their way.

11. How to Stay in Touch With Your Family or Take Children

w/You Into Hiding

You could actually stay in touch with your family, or friends, without your them
ever knowing where you are. If they don't know where you are, then they can't tell
anybody else where you are, either by accident, or on purpose. An easy way of
staying in contact is to purchase those little pre-paid cell phones. Remember cell
phones can be traced to within a very near proximity to where the call came from,
so don't ever call anyone on this phone from the place where you actually live. You
would want to use this phone as far away as possible from where you live. When
you’re close to home, don’t even turn the phone’s power on, keep it turned off.

However, the authorities are the only ones who can trace cell phone locations. So if
you are just hiding from a stalker you’d be safe to call from wherever you are.

Driving in a car would be good too. You could turn the phone on when you were
far away from home and then you could be moving while you have your phone
conversation, and you could throw the phone in a creek or trash can as soon as you
hang up the phone. You will only need to go to this extreme if the federal
government is after you, or a very powerful organization. Someone who had the
ability to do a cell phone trace, and there aren’t many that can do that. Otherwise if
you’re not on the run from the government you should be able to just keep a
separate cell phone that you use for those calls only.

Of course a decent pre-paid phone that you can get anonymously would be best.
I'm sure you can choose whatever area code you like when buying a pre-paid
phone, so you could make it attached to an area code far away from where you
really are as well. Pre-paid anonymous cell phones that are never attached to your
real home anonymous hideout address are the best way because there is no way to
trace it. Mail is okay if you use an untraceable mail drop. Just do a

services.

If you have children that you need to take with you into hiding the one thing that
hurts you is that children must be enrolled in school by law. Even home schooled
children must be reported. So if you are just hiding from an abusive person it
should be okay to get the children’s school transcripts from their old school, and
use them to enroll them in the new school. It might be a good idea to call a school
ahead of time and ask if there is way to keep your children’s identity protected. It’s
okay to be honest about why you are worried about it. You could make some test
calls on schools you are not interested in, that way you are prepared when you call
the school you do want. Unless the person you are hiding from knows to check the
exact school district you enrolled them in, the children should be pretty safe using
their own names for school. Other than the school they will be living under your
legally assumed identity with you. You don’t have to worry about taking them to
the doctor, go ahead and do it, all medical records are sealed. A person might be
able to find out that there was a record though, but only if they knew exactly what
doctor to call, or what hospital, etc. Children are safe because schools don’t let
information go easily. Call a few schools and ask what their policies are. Do they
give out information about who is currently enrolled in their school?

12. Extra Tips

Think about who is looking for you. Only the federal government is going to find
you if you live under a business name but only if you are wanted for a really
serious crime. When someone looks for people they look for people. They don’t
look for businesses. However they couldn’t find you even if they did look for a
business. They wouldn’t know what to look for. Remember the most anonymous
you can be is if you have someone close to you that will start the business in their
name and let you use the information to live under. Also remember that it must be
someone you can trust completely. If you were to live under someone else’s
business name, you can just say you are the president of the company and you will
be able to do anything under the business name even if you are not the owner. Or
you can claim you are indeed the owner if you have all of the owner’s personal
information.

Remember also that it is best if you put your house in the name of one business,
especially since you don’t even need an Employer Identification Number for the
house or the car. Then put the car in the name of another business. Then put
everything else in the name of a third business. This way none of your information
gets crossed or linked together. Also it’s best not to use the address where you live
as the address for your vehicle registration. Rent a mailbox and use the street
address of the place you rented the box from as your vehicle registration address.
This way if someone checks on your car tags, they will never be able to find the
actual home you live in. All they will find is a mailbox rental store.

Use your third business name to have all of your utilities hooked up. If you don’t
pay the bill you can just start a new business name and get it hooked up all over
again. Just give completely new information and say you just moved in. If a copy
of the lease if required you can buy a lease form at any Office Depot or Office Max
etc. and create your own lease.

You can live and work entirely under a business name. If you do the only thing you
won’t have is a driver’s license. If you don’t have a driver’s license your task in
life is not to get pulled over by the police. This just means you have to get in the
habit of obeying every little traffic law there is. Using blinkers all the time and no
rolling stops at stop signs are the hardest, but still easy when your life depends on
it. You would also need to make sure the taxes on the car are paid every year and
you keep your license plates current at all times. Yet another thing to remember
here is that you should always check to make sure all of your lights work on a
regular basis. I usually pull up to a store with an all glass front so I can see my
car’s reflection in the glass and I turn on my lights and blinkers in the reflection to

make sure they work. Then I turn around and check the back lights, don’t forget to
check to make sure your brake lights work too.

A business name can take you anywhere you want to go immediately and
anonymously and can keep you that way for life. However, if needed, you can
legally create new businesses for the rest of your life. It is just soooo easy to do.
Again driving is your only worry. When you put things in the name of a business,
they may ask you for the name of a contact person, you could just make up any
name you want to use in that case.

Very important that you keep good records and notes of ALL names and Employer
Identification Numbers you use, especially for utilities and such. The reason for
this is because you may want to make changes to the account at some point and
you can’t make changes, or cancel service, if you don’t know the correct
information. Like if you have cable TV in the business name and you now want to
add HBO and Showtime to the account. You must have the correct information to
make those changes.

Also remember that you don’t need an Employer Identification Number to buy a
house or a car in your company’s name. They won’t ask for anything except the
name of the company. You will need an Employer ID Number to get the water,
gas, electricity etc. turned on.

So, you don’t need a driver’s license or a social security number to live
anonymously. You could drive without a license and you can use an Employer
Identification Number instead of a social security number in order to make money
especially if you run your own business. If you must work for a company you can
try to have them hire your business instead of hire you personally. You could try
telling them you have been terrorized by a psycho and he has been finding you by
your social security number so if they could hire you by hiring your company and
making your paychecks out to your company that way you could use your
Employer ID Number.

If you just need to hide money or assets from a spouse you can easily see how this
would be very simple to do. Just start a business at a mailbox rental address. Buy
houses and cars in the name of the business. Start bank accounts in the name of the
business and put all your money in those accounts.

Get yourself an extra pre-paid anonymous cell phone. Use this extra cell phone
only for your home. In other words give this number to the utility companies when

you have your utilities hooked up. With pre-paid minutes you don’t have a
monthly charge so you will always have this phone when you need it. You could
also use it to have pizza delivered etc. Now you have an anonymous phone that is
not linked to anything but your home. Don’t call anyone from your old life with
this phone. EVER! Get another pre-paid phone that you use to carry on your new
life. Use it as your business phone and daily use phone. Don’t call anyone from
your old life with this phone. EVER!

Always have your information memorized and be ready to spit it out fast. Practice
this often! Don’t give the wrong info to the wrong people. Always plan ahead
when you have to go and talk to someone. Get it straight in your mind what
information you will be giving this person. Don’t ever carry all of your information
around with you if you have other driver licenses etc. If you get caught with more
than one driver’s license you’ll find yourself in big trouble fast. But carrying
different businesses information around with you is not suspicious at all.

Another tip is, don’t ever use any debit or credit cards that are under your real
name again. If you use that card someone may get access to your bank information
and find where you are by the bank records. In fact don’t ever use any of your real
personal information for anything that can lead someone else right to you.

consuming but if you must have it I will send you that info. Take it from one who
knows, the methods outlined in this book, even the ones that aren’t legal, are the
only methods that actually work in modern America.
