Fire Cracker Igniter

This document summarizes an infrared firecracker igniter circuit that can ignite firecrackers remotely using an infrared remote control. The circuit uses an infrared receiver module and monostable multivibrator IC to trigger a relay for a brief period when a button on the remote is pressed. This causes a piece of heated nichrome wire to become red hot and ignite the fuse of the firecracker from a safe distance. The circuit is powered by a 12V battery and contained in a metal enclosure for safety.
