I was having the exact same problem. I have found that the problem is in Celcom
Broadband DNS servers.
To fix it, use OpenDNS (free) or any other DNS service. One quick solution is by
using these free DNS server from OpenDNS (www.opendns.com):
208.67.222.222
206.67.220.220
(follow the instructions from OpenDNS website that i have included below if you
are unfamiliar with setting-up a custom DNS)
It should fix the problem.

Put
Profile Name : celcom bb 1
APN --> Static
APN : celcom3g
Access number : *99#
Then go to
> ADVANCED
Put
DNS settings --> Static
Primary DNS : 208.67.222.222
Secondary DNS : 208.67.220.220
Then click OK > SAVE > SET AS DEFAULT
The celcom bb 1 must be set as default.
reconnect your connection
