• Location for my coffee shop is at Marine Drive, Cochin.


• My Coffee shop will provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere
where the customer can receive quality food, service and
entertainment at a reasonable price
• The interior design of the building will focus on projecting a relaxed
atmosphere.
• My Coffee Shop will be divided into different areas. Some will have
tables and chairs, another will have large antique stuffed couches
and chairs, end tables, coffee tables, book shelves filled with books
and magazines, tiffany style lamps and braided rugs.
• A good music system will be installed.
MISSION
Expand the business to other locations and
including catering.
VISION
Use the quality of our service and advertising to
soon become well-known throughout the
location.

• My business will be run as a sole proprietorship.
• All debts and liabilities of this business will be
my responsibility.
• I will pay personal income taxes on the profits
made. This will make accounting much simple.
• With having a sole proprietorship, I can also
deduct my business losses to the extent of my
total income that I may have from all sources.
