DIET CHART FOR AN ADULT

Breakfast 1Cup Tea with 1-2 tsp sugar


Milk- 1 glass/ 1 glass fresh juice/lemonade/black tea/ 1 glass buttermilk

Bread (2 slices)/poha (1 bowl)/upma (1 bowl)/4 biscuits/1 boiled egg/ 1 bowl


porridge/1 bowl cornflakes/ 2 small size idli/2 small vadas/1 vadapao/ paneer 1
katori/ 1 bowl sprouts /1 small size plain dosa/1 besan cheela/2-4 small size
pakoras

Lunch Chapati (4 medium sized) or rice 100 gm (4 karchi)


Dal (1 katori), Curd (1 katori), Green and other vegetables (1 bowl),
Salad (1 bowl)

Evening Tea Tea 1 cup with 1 tsp of sugar


1 medium sized dhokla, 2-3 biscuits

Dinner Chapati (4 medium sized) or rice 100 gm (4 karchi)


Dal (1 katori), Curd (1 katori), Green and other vegetables (1 bowl),
Salad (1 bowl) or 75 gm meat or fish or chicken, 3 tsp cooking oil
