AREVA Interposing CTs For Transformer Differential Protection Mbch1213sales1en

This document discusses interposing current transformers that can be used with AREVA's MBCH transformer differential protection relay. It describes how interposing CTs provide amplitude and phase correction to enable accurate current comparison between the transformer's line currents. The document lists available interposing CT models for single and three-phase transformers with different current ratings and turn ratios. It also provides details on primary winding taps and removable jumpers for phase correction.
