Introduction of the problem
The problems that arrises in managing the Time-Table manually are-
 
 Room availability.

 Faculty Availability.
 
 Prevention of clashes of rooms.

 Substitution management.

 Generation of individual’s Time-Table.

 Generation of schedule of a Lab/Lecture hall.

 Resource optimization.
Background of the problem

Manually when the Time Table generated by a


person, it become difficult to handle the
problems of clashes and creates a lots of
overhead at that person.
Objective
The main objective behind taking this project is to
automate the tedious task of time table
management and make it easy and faster.
 
Our main objectives includes-

 To make a automated and clashes free Time-


Table generation/ Management system.
 Optimization of available resources.
 Generation of individual’s Time-Table
Scope of the project

This project is specially developed for I.T.S. Engg.


College(Greater noida) to generate a Time-Table.
But this can used by other colleges for generate
Time-Table because it is flexible, easy to use and
meet the requirements of colleges.

 Input Requirements:

 Total available Rooms/ Labs.


 List of Faculties with assigned subjects.
 List of substitute faculties.

 Output:

 Complete Time-Table.
 Individual’s Time-Table.
 List of substitute faculties.
 Schedule for Rooms/ Labs.
