Applicant Documents:
1. Two Pass port size photo’s ( with the cross sign)
2. Photo I D & Signature Proof (Pan Card/DL/Passport)
3. Present and Permanente Address Proof (Telephone Bill/Electricity Bill/Passport)
4. All Mark sheet (10th,12th,gGraduation and if any other course completed)
5. Score sheet of English Proficiency test cleared(GRE.IELTS.Ect)
6. Admission letter with fees structure from the college/University

Co-borrower Docs:
1. Two Pass port size photo’s ( with the cross sign)
2. Photo I D & Signature Proof (Pan Card/DL/Passport)
3. Present and Permanente Address Proof (Telephone Bill/Electricity Bill/Passport)
4. Bank Statement of last eight months of active account (If More than one Provide of all
a/c)
If Co-borrower is Salaried:
5. Latest 3 Month Salary Slip
6. Recent 2 Years Form 16 (I T Returns)

If Co-borrower Self Employed/Professionals


5.I T Returns latest two years along with Computation of income ,
Profit & Loss Account and Balance sheet
Collateral Documents:
Serial No. IF MOVABLE (LIC/FD) IF IMMOVABLE (Land/House)
1 Term/Endowment Policies Previous Sale deed
(Older then 3 years)
2 Photocopy of the Bond Present sale deed
3 Photocopy of the recent Khatha certificate
Premium Receipt
4 FD Receipt Photocopy (PNB) Approved Plan
5 Latest tax paid receipt
6 E C For latest 13 years.

Guarantor (If Considering the Property from third party):


1. Two Pass port size photo’s ( with the cross sign)
2. Photo I D & Signature Proof (Pan Card/DL/Passport)
3. Present and Permanente Address Proof (Telephone Bill/Electricity Bill/Passport)

All the documents should be self attested from the concerned person.
