1. Service Engineers area divided in particular regions.


2. Salesman on basis of seniority.

1. Specific bill details from customers like whether customers service or manufacturers service.

Reporting:

1. Details of the service provided to the customer.

1. Informing the service engineers about the complaint and the customer details.
