ACADEMIC PETITION
The Committee on Academic Standing is responsible for acting on all requests for an exception to the academic policies of the College. The
College’s academic policies appear in the front of the Course Announcement Catalog.

INSTRUCTIONS: The student completes sections 1, 2, 3, below, gains the required recommendations (section 4) and delivers the petitions
to the Associate Provost for Student Affairs, 20 Washington Place, for action on behalf of the Committee.
