There will be one java process running for Method Server and WEBCACHE

In Case Dctm_MethodServer process is no more running and there are more than one instance of Java process running ,
Kill the process with PPID other than that of WBCACHE

look for shutdown complete

check for any process ./documentum -docbase_name eridoca -security acl


if present use kill <PID>

./dmdocbroker -port 1489 should not be present


if present use kill <PID>
