This research proposal aims to study employee satisfaction levels at a company. The objectives are to identify current satisfaction and dissatisfaction levels, assess opinions of the company, and increase productivity by making improvements. The purpose is to understand employee feelings toward management and policies, find organizational problems, and develop future satisfaction. The hypothesis is that employees are either satisfied or not satisfied with their jobs. A descriptive study using quota sampling of 30+ employees from different roles will collect primary data through questionnaires and secondary data from sources like the internet to analyze satisfaction patterns.

Research proposal

Title of the project:

Definition: Employee satisfaction is the terminology used to describe whether employees


are happy and contented and fulfilling their desires and needs at work. Many measures
purport that employee satisfaction is a factor in employee motivation, employee goal
achievement, and positive employee morale in the workplace.

Objective of the study:


 To identify the satisfaction level of the employees on their job
 To identify dissatisfaction on particular issue

 To assess the overall opinion about the company.

 To increase the productivity by bringing desirable changes.

 To get employees suggestions about the company policy

PURPOSE OF STUDY:-
 The purpose of doing this dissertation is to understand the satisfaction of the
employees.

 To know the of employees feeling or opinion about the management or company

 To find out the problems of organization.

 To develop the employees satisfaction level in future.

Hypothesis:
 Employees are satisfied with their job .
 Employees are not satisfied with their job.

Research Methodology:
Research design is the conceptual structure on which research is conducted; it
constitutes the blue print for collection, measurement and analysis of data.

A. Type of research: Descriptive study


It is a statistical study to identify patterns or trends in a situation, but not the
cause-and-effect linkages among its different elements.

B. Sampling size: n > =30 i.e., the size of the sample is greater than 30 respondents.

C. Sampling technique: Quota sampling technique. I have taken 3 types of


respondents like manager, officer and non-officer

D. Data collection:
 Primary data: Primary data is one which is collected by the investigator himself
for the purpose of a specific enquiry or study. Primary data was collected through
structured questionnaire.
 Secondary data: Secondary data is one in which an investigator uses the data
which has already been collected by others. Our secondary sources are from
internet, newspaper.
E. Sampling area: Area selected for sampling of the company
F. Sample unit: Employees of company
