customize software more than package software.
B) PACKAGE SOFTWARE
 Package software is develop for sale to the general
public. It also known as off-the-self software. It
facilitates the people to perform day to day activity.
Package software is normally develop by expert
programmers.

 Spreadsheet program is used for calculation. it
provides work sheet to enter data. A work sheet is a
collection of rows and columns. it is used to make
different calculations using formula and bullets in

software.

and compact manner. M,s access is a
best example of data base software.
4)GRAPHICS
 Graphics software is used to products and
advertisement posters etc. it can also be
used to draw pictures and figures. coral draw
or photo shop are example of graphics
software.

 communication software is used to
communication with different people using
internet. The communication is a different

sending e mail or voice mail
