MOTION FOR ORDER

PERMITTING TELEPHONIC ATTENDANCE OF COUNSEL

COMES NOW, Defendant, , by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby moves
for an order authorizing undersigned counsel to attend by telephone the hearing on and
as grounds would show:

1. A hearing has been scheduled in this matter for at .

2. The hearing is expected to require only five to ten minutes.

3. Undersigned counsel is located in County, a considerable

distance from the Courthouse.

4. The Courts are mandated to permit telephonic appearance of counsel at all

hearings requiring less than 15 minutes, pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial

Administration 2.530 (c).

5. This motion is filed in the interest of justice and for economy of time and

expense. The Plaintiff will not be prejudiced by the relief sought.
