AIM: To Develop data base of all the patients and the customers of S&G Multispecialty

HOSPITAL for the easy retrieval of any of the information.

ABSTRACT: The goal of making database is to maximise service given to the patients and
doctors.

 Keep track of patients data including their contact info. and diagnosis of their
disease.
 Keeping track of beds assigned to the patients.
 Create daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
 Keeping the track of doctors like working hrs, patients diagnosed by them etc..

DESCRIPTION:-

The entities include :-

 Patients
 Doctors
 Beds

Here a information about patient, doctor, beds assigned to different patients are given.
Whenever a patient visit the hospital a form is given in which patient data is filled and patient
is provided an Patient_ID. Whenever a doctor examine a patient he allotted a different
bed_no to the patient. Later patient table , doctor table and bed assigned table are analyzed
daily, weekly and monthly details of all of them.
