    Los Angeles welcomes the release of our leader Daw Aung San Suu Kyi from house arrest.

    This
    is an event to honor our great admiration for Daw Aung San Suu kyi who has become the
    symbol of struggle for democracy and freedom in our homeland, Burma. This is also a fund
    raising event for the people who want to send out their contribution to help free Burma
    movements. All profits from the event and other personal donations will go directly to Burma.

    Date: December 18, 2010 (Saturday)
