COMPETENCY TEST:

Objective:
Here , my prime object is to check the data set through a distribution to see that
whether the data is fitting that distribution or not. If the distribution is fitting with
the data then there is no abnormality in the problem with which we are dealing.
But if its not getting fitted then the problem is seen and to be rectified as soon as
possible.

Data Source:
Kalyani Black Label Strong, an 'iconic' brand has a long history which begins with
its origin in West Bengal. Kalyani Black Strong today is an established brand and
has its foot prints across East and certain markets in the South. The data set has
been taken from there.

Process:
Here, several apprentices are trained to use them in several purposes like
Fermentation, Bottlery,Company Grade Ofiicer and Plant worker .Each and
everyone has been provided with a proper training course which made an impact
on their respective competency level. I have compared their competency level by
expressing it in normal distribution table. If the datas fit in normal distribution then
the training has been imparted upon the trainees, but if the reverse happens then
further training is to be required.

Now, The following are the distribution tables for each and every department in
which the training is being done:
A.WTP(water treatment plants) & ETP(effluent
treatment plants):

Decision:
So, from these normal distribution fitting tables we came to know what decision to
be taken or not.

Here, WTP & ATP department and Fermentation training department’s present
training data has not been normally distributed. Bottlary department fitted it both
the cases.
