Please make sure you computer is connected to internet. Click "Open Network and Sharing Center"

Choose "Set Up a Connection or Network" to create a vpn connection

On this step please choose VPN

Please get a host name (internet address) from the greeting email we sent you or get it online from customer area

Enter username and password from the greeting email we sent you or get it online from customer area. Please set to remember
the password, Domain field should be left blank.

Right click the connection you just made, and choose "Properties"

Please make sure everything on the Options tab looks like on the screen below.

In the Security tab, please change the Type of VPN to L2TP
c 
Data encryption - Optional encryption
c 
Then click 'properties' button and enter the shared key from the greeting email.

Switch to Networking, choose the TCP v4 protocol, click Properties
c 
Update DNS info as shown on the picture below

Now try to connect
