• Guidelines for submitting the Assignments for the students enrolled


w.e.f. July 2009

1. Weightage of Assignments :

¾ All assignments carry a weightage of 30%. Final Exams carry a weightage of


70%.

¾ The students who have taken admissions w.e.f. July 09 batch are expected to
submit the assignments.

2. Format for submission of Assignments

¾ The students should submit the assignment Semester wise. Individual assignments
should be submitted course/subject wise.

¾ Student are requested to download the assignment submission acknowledgement


and submit the same along with the assignments.

¾ The students are requested to send the hard copy of the assignment (typed or
handwritten) at their respective study centre with the following details :

• Name of the student


• GR number.
• Study centre name
• Year of Registration
• Programme Name
• Semester
• Course(Subject)
A specimen format is uploaded on the website which is compulsory to attach with
each and every assignment without which the assignment will not be accepted.

¾ All the assignments are required to be attested by the respective study centre
co-ordinator

1. Deadline for submission of Assignments

¾ The last date of submission of the assignment is 30th November, 2010.

¾ Assignments received after the due dates will be rejected, NO request of any kind
will be entertained on this matter. Result will be processed accordingly.
¾ Student is suggested to take the acknowledgement of the submission of the
assignment at the study centre and preserve the same for future correspondence.
