SCADA Architecture

This document outlines the network architecture for a light rail transit system. It shows two SCADA servers, a station supervisor, and VRCS server connected through a LAN network via two switches to a control center room. It also shows connections from the LAN network to a PI workstation, technician console, CCTV workstation, and terminal servers which connect to field equipment via fiber optic cables and serial transmission. This allows monitoring and control of systems like train stations, radio base stations, and level crossings from the central control room.
