UNDERTAKING
This is with reference to our purchase order no: GESCOE/10-11 dated 03/09/2010,to CoreEL
Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore, the Xilinx ISE System Edition 12.1i has been installed today i.e on
22/11/2010. As per the purchase order terms and conditions point no.06; the migration of given version
of software can be made available for at least 4 (Four) times for our college from the CoreEL
Technologies, Pune.

Also the given software could be installed on new computers for the same user; if any problem
has been occurred on the previous/Old computer.

The support (Reinstallation, MAC address support, migration) required by our college, Dept. of E
& TC, will be made available by CoreEL Technologies, Pune as and when it is required.
