Works / Field Engineer


Supervise land development and house construction in project sites. Responsible for quality control and ensuring that
land development and house construction are in accordance with specifications and plans. Monitor, check and
evaluate the quality of work of contractors. Assist other operating units during inspection of housing units for bank
accreditation or acceptance of buyers.

Qualifications:
 Male / Female; not more than 30 years old
 College graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, with or without license
 Preferably with experience in mass housing and land development projects
 With good written and oral communication skills and must be customer service oriented
 Knowledgeable in basic MS applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Knowledge of basic Auto CADD is an
advantage.
 Must be willing to be assigned in Cavite Area

Cost Estimator
Prepare detailed quantity survey/take-off of amenities and housing projects. Analyze budget and bid quotations for
projects to be awarded to contractors.

Qualifications:
 Male / Female; not more than 30 years old
 College graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, with or without license
 Experience in cost estimation is an advantage
 Familiar with specification of different construction materials
 Knowledgeable in basic MS applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Knowledge of basic Auto CADD is an
advantage.
