Creativity can provide solutions to complex workplace problems. There are two types of problem solving - adaptive creativity which improves existing systems, and innovative creativity which creates something new. or power of mind to develop new and original
ideas or things.

complex problems of the workplace. Creative
thinking is a positive, generative force that
uses imagination to power business.

 Adaptive creativity involves improving an existing
system,

others, allowing them to overcome the traditional
