Creativity can provide solutions to complex workplace problems. There are two types of problem solving - adaptive creativity which improves existing systems, and innovative creativity which creates something new. ideas or things.

complex problems of the workplace. Creative
thinking is a positive, generative force that
uses imagination to power business.

 Adaptive creativity involves improving an existing
system,

others, allowing them to overcome the traditional
