Performance Management Model

Performance management is a systematic process that involves planning work and setting expectations, continually monitoring performance, and periodically rating, recording, and developing performance. It includes establishing key result areas, strategic objectives and performance measures, communicating these to stakeholders, measuring performance and providing feedback, recognizing and rewarding good performance, and addressing poor performance. The overall goal is to develop an organization's capacity to perform at its best.
