    THIS WEEK . . .

    JESUS TIME

    OCTOBER 22, 2010 As we heard about the people of Israel traveling


    through the desert, we learned about their stop at
    Mount Sinai. This is where God gave Moses the Ten
    Commandments. We talked briefly through the Ten
    Commandments and were reminded of how God
    gave these to us because of His love ! Come by and
    see our handmade Ten Commandments in the shape
    of a heart! We also learned a new word for church -
    tabernacle! The people of Israel
    built a special place to worship
    God! In Chapel Pastor Nuckols
    taught us some new hymns and
    about reformation!

    MATH

    We practiced writing numbers, counting by 5’s and 10’s, created

    patterns and sorted zoo animals and more! We have also on the blog next week! We had a wonderful week studying the letter Z! We
    practiced some addition sentences along with comparing numbers also practiced our
    at Morning Meeting! We also enjoyed some new math literature! handwriting and played with
    Field Trip on Thursday to the Pumpkin patch! We are still
    Mat Man! (He is our friend
    next week . . .review math skills in need of drivers! Please let me know if you can help out! that we make using our
    (Time estimate is 8:45 to 1:00) handwriting pieces!) We are
