System Requirements for xMII 12.

 Server :

Software Units

o SAP NetWeaver Application Server (SAP NetWeaver AS) SPS 10 or higher


o SDK 1.4.2_13
o Java Resource Adapter (SAP JRA)

Hardware Units

o The SAP xMII 12.0 host machine must meet the requirements for SAP NetWeaver.
o For Plant level Installation, In order to maintain Data for past 6 Months in Oracle,
assuming 200 Data tags in hourly mode, 300 tags in Shift Mode and 500 tags once in
a day, 200 GB hard disk will be required.
o For Corporate level, To maintain Data for specific Tags for 2 Years, 400GB Hard
disk is required.
 Cleint
o Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4.2_07 or higher, but not 1.5.0.07, 1.5.0.08,
and1.5.0.09
o 512 RAM (1GB preferred)

 Development Machines
o Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4.2_07 or higher, but not 1.5.0.07, 1.5.0.08,
and1.5.0.09
o Microsoft FrontPage or Microsoft SharePoint Designer or Adobe Dreamweaver
for Web page (UI)development.
o RAM 1GB.
