    Respected Sir,

    Sub: Annuity due for the LIC Policy No.711680666

    I had received a letter from your cell on the 10th of this month with a cheque
    for the September month’s annuity Rs.1320/- and a letter stating that your
    bankers were unable to credit to my account through NEFT/ECS. As my bankers
    just now changed themselves to core banking the account number has been
    changed to 15 digits.

    My account has not been credited the annuity for the months of April, June, July,
    August . My IOB a/c No. is 054601000021183 .So kindly credit the past
    4 months annuities and the current month which is also not yet credited so for.

    With this letter am enclosing the IOB Passbook Xerox copies of front page and
    the last page of current month’s entry.

    I will be very much thankful to you for your gracious action towards this letter .
